We love the scoop! The staff is friendly, the shop is sweet (especially outside!), and good ice cream. Not quite five stars as we find their menu a bit challenging. I’d love to see half of the flavors stay the same and the other half be seasonal/rotate. Our family frequently visits the website and/or calls for flavors, only to be disappointed and not visit. In addition to vanilla and chocolate, we’d enjoy a couple of their cookie flavors to stay on the menu. Black & white...
The Scoop is my favorite ice cream parlor in Spokane, and we visit frequently, even in winter. They always have new and fun homegrown flavors to try, and the service is always great. Sometimes the lines are long, which is a testament to how good the ice cream is.
Not enough stars to properly rate this place. The ice cream and waffle cones are the best I've had. The staff is very friendly. Very clean and they have a wonderful patio to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Great location with a very scenic area to drive around in once your finished.
