Delicious flavors and perfect sizes!
Delicious ice cream and fast and friendly staff!
Great ice cream!
My wife and I visited Scoops for the first time on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. It was on a Kendall Yards Night Market evening so when we went into the shop the line reached all the way to the door. It took some time but we finally made it to the front of the line. The way they do sizes is unique and I didn’t mind it as my wife and I each ordered a kids’ cone but she opted for a funfetti waffle cone while I got a sugar cone. I went with PB oreo and my wife opted for—wait for it—vanilla bean haha (come on dear, branch out just a little bit). My ice cream had big chunks of cookies in it that were actually Oreos (nothing generic). It was good but it didn’t stand out to me as being anything too special. I would return to try a different flavor but I wasn’t blown away by my first experience.
We love coming here from time to time. Would love it if they could label (or inform their team) whether their ice cream flavors had food dyes in them so we could more easily make selections for our kiddo with dye sensitivities.
Cute little place. Yummy ice cream.

The Scoop is a shared space part time with a bagel shop. The decor of the shop is pleasant, some seating inside and outside. The ice cream was OK. I purchased a version of cookies and cream. It was about $4 for a cone, 1 scoop. Staff were ok, a little delayed on the greeting but otherwise ok. Google's photo option is on the fritz today but will add a pic as soon as it's functional.

Me and a buddy went there this last Saturday and enjoyed a walk through Kendall Yard's while stopping in for a bit of a cold delicious ice cream. It was quiet there when we got there and 5 minutes later, there was a line out to the doors of entre. It was delicious. Yum Yum

Legit been here more than two different days trying to get ice cream and they are always closed saying they are short staffed. When there is 4 people behind the counter working and two people waiting for food for some other business. This place should just close up the ice cream and or adjust their hours and not say they’ll be open online and be closed when you get there! DONT POST HOURS IF THEY ARE NOT ACCURATE! So frustrating!

Been going to The Scoop for years! I love their banoffee flavor. So yummy. I’ve been loving that flavor since 2017. The one thing I have noticed which is why I have my review at 4 stars is that the formula of the ice cream has been off the last couple few years. It leaves a waxy feeling at the roof of my mouth. Otherwise the flavors are great, ice cream is soft and creamy, and the service has always been pretty great!

I always really enjoyed the scoop, but today’s experience on the 14th with one the employees there was terrible. It started the minute we walked in, she made her annoyance very clear with loud sighs. When asking her a question she started talking to another employee coming in- ignoring me completely. The other employee working the counter was awesome, I didn’t catch his name unfortunately! She ended up overcharging us, then when we asked to get refund because we were charged with things not ordered, she then told us to “next time make sure you pay before you sit down.” but we were a group and were paying together, so of course the rest of the people would have gotten their ice cream first and would sit down.. unless that’s not the polite thing to do when others are looking at ice cream, then I rescind this portion.
Their ice cream is good, and I truly wish I got the other name of the employee that was helpful and kind. She kind of cemented going to the other location though sadly, because it really was an unpleasant experience start to finish because of the general attitude. I just felt as if we were a nuisance for being there, and all I wanted to do was to have a treat for graduation. Their waffles at the other location is also 10/10 as a side note!
* I also want to add two other people of the party also got overcharged. A baby scoop in a cup is supposed to be $1.50, so why were they charged $3.50 each? They didn’t even say anything though because they didn’t want to experience the same scolding lol.
