Update: The Swinging Doors is pretty much the only place I eat anymore. If I go anywhere else, I just feel disappointed. Their food is great, the people are friendly and they're consistency is unmatched. And I love that they've gone back to serving breakfast all day. Best breakfast in Spokane and I've been everywhere in this city for breakfast.

Me and my mom come here all the time, and have never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is a fun sports bar type feel, but also a nice comfortable place to just have lunch with the family. The food is delicious! Ive ordered many different things, and all of them have gone above my expectations. The portion sizes are perfect to take home and heat up later aswell. Overall this place is a spokane staple and a great place to visit!

Had a wonderful server…she was attentive and sweet and on point…the food… We ordered a half chef salad, chicken strips and fries, fried mushrooms and loaded jojo’s…for the price and the food sooooo not good!!! The chicken strips were as small as a child’s serving, it was mostly fries with little chickens, the half chef salad was AWFUL!!! The lettuce was soooo brown through the entire bowl that it was bright red!!! I ate the toppings but no lettuce!!! The server saw it and immediately apologized and took it off the table and when she tried to show the kitchen staff they wouldn’t even acknowledge her!!! They were very rude to her!!! The apps were good but not $60 good!! That much money for 2 apps, a chicken strips with fries and a soda…food quality has gone waaaay down and the prices have gone soooooo far up it’s not worth it!!! The atmosphere and the server she was AMAZING just poor food quality and prices!!! Won’t be back and that is unfortunate…the doors was always a go to place for us!!!

Service was great. I’m in “the industry” and our mugs never ran dry. We had 4 different servers/bartenders check on us. I’m very impressed! Get the nachos fyi.
4/5 stars. My friend recommended it. The servers were great. Standard bar and grill and menu. My chicken fried steak was excellent, exactly what I wanted. My friend's steak was tough and tasteless but cooked as ordered. Sometimes you just end up with a bad steak. But the server discounted the steak for us to make up for it.

Was some time ago (few yrs) but the food sucks in short. Went there on a Sunday morning with friends, ordered an omelette, took a long time and there wasn't really anyone else there. It was cooked in old grease you could taste it thru the eggs. Gave it back after the first bite, refused to pay and left. Over the years I've been in there if one of my friends want to go there. I don't order anything but a drink. ✌🏾
