Customer Service is very patient with me since I suffer social anxiety, but they made sure I was properly helped and they brought in my quiche on a clear glass plate. The atmosphere is more modernize with an Ikea like furniture and popular hits alternative pop / rock music. Customers that are here are mixed from a various of social economic and educational classes. So no need to feel out of place unlike other coffee shops. The menu is simple and not over complicated. Love the
Good coffee
The location near Fizzies in Spokane apparently sucks at making mochas. My man ordered an iced white mocha for me and a regular iced mocha for himself. Both are terrible, neither one tastes remotely close to a mocha, both are pretty watered down (mind you ice hasn't melted yet)... Mine tastes like majorly watered down black licorice. Disappointed and most likely won't be going back there for coffee.
Being a barista there I know the quality and precise-ness we put into a cup of coffee. By far my favorite coffee.
Amazing baristas at the Hayden location
QUALITY! I know I don't drink anything else unless I'm out of town and forgot to bring a bag of fresh ground Blue Eyes and my V60! (Also... that combo is great for camping!)
Yummy coffee and very awesome people!
They recently offered CBD powered for coffee at a great price. The brand they use is effective and makes my day easy and relaxing. If they keep it around I'll be there everyday!
The best white coffee & awesome customer service.
Great local atmosphere! Love the Hayden Location

Aside from never knowing how my PBNJ is going to taste it's great. I've also had a few of the barista's assume that cash is a tip when I pay with cash & card. It would also be nice if there were more drive through locations. There are only 2 in Spokane. Compared to how many Wake Up Call, Dutch Brothers and Starbucks drive through locations?
Just went through the drive through at the new Cd'A location. 2 cars in front of me and it literally took almost 20 minutes to get my drink. I know there are always growing pains, but still took over 4 minutes to pour a single cold brew after I paid.
