The 2 baristas working this afternoon were PHENOMENAL! They were so energetic & kind & helpful *going above & beyond* for each person in their line of customers! What a welcoming atmosphere (because of these 2 women)!

The coffee is great. The service is even better. I worked at the Mall back in 2010 for a short time, and Abby was the manager, and still is 14 years later. I try to stop in when I'm in Spokane, and get a drink made that's not on the menu, that only Abby can make. She is remarkable to watch work with her customers, many like me, who are friends for life. Thomas Hammer, you are very fortunate to have her and her loyalty all these years. And her "sidekick" Lizzy is right up there too. Amazing young lady. It's always a highlight of my trip to stop in and get some Hammer time!

I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕

Stephanie is the reason I've stopped going to Dutch. She's always friendly and knows her repeat customers / orders. Doesn't matter when you go in she always has a smile on her face.The ladies here are fantasic its always makes me smile to see that they are not only good at their job but they have fun doing it. You can catch them every now and again dancing and singing along with the music.Keep up the amazing customer service!-Brandon

I’m a hospital employee and just paid $8.39 for a quad shot mocha… regular milk, no add ins or extras. The prices are crazy high, and although the coffee is good when made right, it’s very inconsistent. Most of the girls are friendly and sweet, but there are a couple that seem annoyed all the time and unhappy to be there. I would not be a frequent patron if it were not for the convenience of it.

Love this location! I usually see Abby and she creates perfection every time. Grabbed an americano today and a different gal made it during late afternoon, didn’t catch her name, but she made a mean americano! never disappointed

Great customer service and knowledge of product! However, I live far out in the country and bought a cold brew set up. I get all the way home and parts are missing from the box. I will now have to drive back in just to get a complete set up needed. Bummer that store inventory isn’t checked first.

Stopped in to get some white coffee and a couple of pumpkin spice lattes. It was very quiet. Fast friendly service. I've been drinking Thomas Hammer coffee for years. Love it!

They are always super sweet, especially when your now 6 year old wants and "iced" hot chocolate because mom likes to get iced mocha's
