The 2 baristas working this afternoon were PHENOMENAL! They were so energetic & kind & helpful *going above & beyond* for each person in their line of customers! What a welcoming atmosphere (because of these 2 women)!
The coffee is great. The service is even better. I worked at the Mall back in 2010 for a short time, and Abby was the manager, and still is 14 years later. I try to stop in when I'm in Spokane, and get a drink made that's not on the menu, that only Abby can make. She is remarkable to watch work with her customers, many like me, who are friends for life. Thomas Hammer, you are very fortunate to have her and her loyalty all these years. And her "sidekick" Lizzy...
I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕
