I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕

The woman who was working did a wonderful job. I had never been here before and she quickly pitched some wonderful ideas on what to drink and what flavors. Great drink. Great sandwich. Great service! 10 dollar tip wasn't enough for her honestly. I will return again.
