Super cute decor and atmosphere. Food and tea were delicious.
We had the most wonderful time yesterday at TORRA Tea Room enjoying afternoon tea at their lovely establishment! This wasn’t my first time having high tea, but it was my two friends’ very first — and what an absolute delight it was!

I don't know what part was better.... the amazing Host Keller, the beautiful atmosphere of this quaint elegant hidden gem or the food- short ribs were out of control!!! Definitely thankful for the valley 🙏
