Best bagels in Spokane (true to form if you know what true bagels are). I travel from far north to get them, and freeze them for future consumption. Not cheap, but good value when one considers the freshness and weight. You want inferior cheap bagels, hit the supermarket instead. Cinnamon/raisin great! The best!

Bagel shaped bread - very dense and heavy. I know many people love their bagels, but to me a bagel should be light and chewy on the outside. Hidden Bagel is 100% better. I guess these would be the better choice if you needed to throw something at someone you don't like.

Food was fine, nothing spectacular, feel like a bagel from wake up call is better, staff was pretty nice but the older gal seemed to not be happy to be there. And the fact that I noticed all the dust on the ceiling near the vest was a little gross.

We enjoyed our breakfast bagel sandwiches so much. I can't believe this hidden gem. Chewy, yet soft in the way only a bagel can be. These were perfection! The gals at the counter were so so nice too.
Good fluffy fresh bagel shaped bread, simple spreads available. Salmon spread should have been more salmony, Not new York bagel style bagels, they're more like fluffy boiled rolls. Really reasonable prices, nice dining area too.

The Zegg is a good breakfast bagel sandwich. Bagels are large. Sausage and egg have the breakfast flavors I crave. Cheese and avocado add a richness that usually exceeds an $8.50 price tag. Service is always knowledgeable. Always three or four people working to get orders out quickly. Atmosphere has the bagel shop feel where sitting and reading, or talking with friends, is comfortable.

Amazing customer service here! Environment was clean but they definitely cater to that college vibe. They could use a good update. I can’t wait to come back for breakfast sometime. I got the turkey avocado blt special on a salt and pepper bagel.

The experience i had here was literally unbelievable. Every single time i come the staff has an unbelievable attitude problem. If you try to order a bagel with any slight substitutions to it they will literally verbally abuse you. I thought it was just someone having an off day, but no, it’s that man and the older woman who have been unbelievably mean every single time. Making it hard to support this business. Not to mention the price, $18 for one bagel??????? Overpriced, rude, bad service.Go to einstiens, it won’t be a log of dough with a thin spread of cream cheese. Waste of time and money.

This was my first experience with Ultimate Bagel Inc. I had ordered from the menu that was online and came in and wow! The offerings online don't match up with what they had there. I ordered a dozen bagels with cream cheese for a business meeting. When I arrived, they were ready and oh my they smelled so good. I wasn't planning on having one myself, atlhough I had to after arriving. The jalapeño cheddar was so good.I dropped the bagels off for the meeting, not even looking in the bag. I left and about 30 minutes goes by and I get a call from the owner or manager (sorry dont remember) and was apologetic stating they forgot to put the cream cheese in the bag. I said not to worry, everyone would be ok, she insisted on driving the cream cheese back over and personally delivered! Absolutely amazing service! The bagels were fresh and so darn delicious. Highly recommend for the great bagels and exceptional service.
