The experience i had here was literally unbelievable. Every single time i come the staff has an unbelievable attitude problem. If you try to order a bagel with any slight substitutions to it they will literally verbally abuse you. I thought it was just someone having an off day, but no, it’s that man and the older woman who have been unbelievably mean every single time. Making it hard to support this business. Not to mention the price, $18 for one bagel??????? Overpriced, rude, bad service.Go to einstiens, it won’t be a log of dough with a thin spread of cream cheese. Waste of time and money.

I needed two dozen bagels for a work thing this AM. Stopped in and was chastised by the manager for not ordering ahead (didn't know I needed it) and then was charged $98 for two dozen bagels and cream cheese. The stars because they were quite tasty and the clerk was very friendly (quite different than the manager)

This was my first experience with Ultimate Bagel Inc. I had ordered from the menu that was online and came in and wow! The offerings online don't match up with what they had there. I ordered a dozen bagels with cream cheese for a business meeting. When I arrived, they were ready and oh my they smelled so good. I wasn't planning on having one myself, atlhough I had to after arriving. The jalapeño cheddar was so good.I dropped the bagels off for the meeting, not even looking in the bag. I left and about 30 minutes goes by and I get a call from the owner or manager (sorry dont remember) and was apologetic stating they forgot to put the cream cheese in the bag. I said not to worry, everyone would be ok, she insisted on driving the cream cheese back over and personally delivered! Absolutely amazing service! The bagels were fresh and so darn delicious. Highly recommend for the great bagels and exceptional service.

These bagels are great! Light and fluffy but substantial at the same time. Feels very much like a small town shop with a happy team working. I ordered the “Egg”cellent Bagel on Italian Sun Dried Tomato. Only wished to have a bit more meat and cheese. Will be coming back for more!

Cute place, great bagels and great price. I recommend the snickerdoodle bagel with vanilla bean cream cheese or the bagel dog or any of their bagel sandwiches. The soups are also very good. You can get a filling and delicious meal here for about $10, can’t do that many other places these days! Make sure to get here as early as possible though cause they usually sell out of bagels by noon-2pm.Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat dairy and was surprised to find that there are lots of options for me here!

Hardly "ultimate". Last time I checked bagels have a hole in the middle. These were very thick. I suggest making them thinner and have a wider diameter. The flavor was good. Overall a disappointing bagel.
Bagels are great and the schemers are very tasty. The ambiance is... well how bout this as a description GOZAGS!!! Love it ! The service is quick and friendly. One warning check your order to make sure you are charged correctly. We visited this morning 10/8/23 Zag Family weekend were ring up by the owner and it just could be that this weekend has been busy but as we discussed how good everything tasted realized we had bee over charged by $20. Why did we even leave a tip??? Oh well lesson learned always check your receipt to the order.Other than this mishap please visit this bagel shop when visiting your Zag!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place has got be a joke! They'll charge you for "extra butter" then serve you a dry bagel that's not even toasted. I wish I could upload a photo of the nasty lump I was just served but I'm just going to go throw it at the rude punk at the front counter. Go out of business, soon.
