The beer is good, food is good and comes out fast, the building and patio are nice, but can we change the Playlist? For at least the last 5 minutes of our last visit here we listened to what sounded like the Dalai Lama giving a speech with a synthesizer playing notes in the background. The Playlist prior to that was just weird crap too. Can we get some good-ish music to enjoy with the good food and good beer?

Cute place, good beer. A bit sterile in its decoration. Giving 3 stars because I came here for pinball and 2 of the 3 machines were out of order. The 3rd was in poor shape. Will not be back. Should consider renting your machines though Spokane pinball to keep them in good order!

Had a great experience at Uprise Brewery. The upstairs space was a comfortable and quiet spot for a meeting, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. They offered a solid variety of drinks on tap — I especially enjoyed the sour, which was a standout. My only minor critique is the limited parking, but it didn’t take away from the overall positive visit. Looking forward to returning.

Went there for lunch today. Great food. Excellent gluten free options also. Could have stayed there all day drinking the Pilsner on tap. Best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had.

Wow! I walked in and knew whoever owns this place cares. This place is all about experience. The look, cleanliness, vibe, clientele (everyone young and “mature” were so happy). Beer was on point and Silvie (don’t know if I’m spelling it right but I remember her name) was fantastic. Good job Uprise. Keep making craft breweries a welcoming place to spend time with friends family and have an AMAZING beer!

Visiting from California and LOVED Uprise! Outstanding watermelon cider. The best beet salad I’ve ever eaten! We sat outside and it was lovely. Excellent service and I loved the experience. Thank you Uprise! ❤️

Their hazies are delicious, especially the Time and Space. They also have an amazing outside patio and great food, not your average brewery food for sure. Try their veggie friend cauliflower, so delicious!

This is a trendy, modern brewery with all the wood, concrete, and corrugated metal to match. To start We grabbed a couple beers and they were good middle of the road beets; nothing to write home about but solid. We also grabbed some taquitos and a Cuban sandwich. The Taquitos were AMAZING 10/10 - the Cuban was on GF bread and it was not great in my opinion. It didn't have that zing from the mustard and pickles I was hoping for. The bread was really nice and crispy on the outside but very soggy on the inside which was a bummer. It seemed like the bread needed to be pre toasted before assembly to avoid it turning to mush. The sandwich had decent flavor, though so it would probably be good not GF. The fries were really solid, too. Nice, thick fries and well cooked.

If you are looking for some great food, service, beer, and environment I highly recommend Uprise Brewing Co. We did a day trip to Spokane for a family birthday party and following the party we stopped here with family to eat before hitting the road. We have four young kiddos. This was one of the most kid friendly brewery’s I’ve ever been to. My husband and I ordered smash burgers. This was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I tasted some of my sister’s beer… incredible. If you get a chance, check this place out!
