Vien Dong is the best in town. Been eating there since they were on Sprague, and the family who owns it is so nice. Love you Vien Dong!

I’ve visited the store twice. The cashier (woman) never showed gratitude after my payment. She wouldn’t say thank you unless I said it first. Such a shame they have bad hospitality even though the pho was good.

Excellent example of Vietnamese cuisine in a laidback and comfortable setting. Good for kids and families. Highly recommend.

The most delicious Pho I've ever had. If I lived in Spokane this place would be it for me.
Bathrooms are clean, which is encouraging and uncommon in Spokane.
The owners who work there aren't very friendly. The lady shoed us over to a table with her hand, without talking to us or leading the way. After we ordered and our food was served, we were ignored, which isn't a big deal, just odd. And then when we were finished I went up to pay, no words exchanged even after I told him I loved the food, and while I was doing my card transaction the guy just walked away from the register. I finished the process and we left.
It was weird, but the delicious Pho is worth it.

Needed to find something gluten free. Called ahead and asked. They even double checked the oyster sauce ingredients when I asked. Ate there yesterday and no issues still today. Had the rare beef and tendon pho. Broth was perfect! Not wimpy or too rich or over or under salted. Just right. Everyone enjoyed their food and the staff was willing to make sure it was safe for me.

The pho had no flavor, the spring rolls and bbq pork seem old or made a few days ago and ordered Thai tea which came in a can total was 57$ very disappointed because it was highly recommend by spokane food page.
