The girls were talking more then there jobs. The brunette at the window was moving very slow and decided to take a break from my drink to drink some of her own. I go to wake up call regularly but I will be sure to never go to this location again. I also got a light ice drink and it looks like more than normal ridiculous

They are super fast to take orders but do not get them out very fast. I added a drink at the window and the girl did not grab my rewards number, she seemed in a BAD mood.

This location prioritizes drivers over walk in. Walk-ins should not be in the same que as drive thru.

Im extremely disappointed and frustrated with this location!
Tonight we decided to take our little girls out to look at Christmas lights. What better than some tasty hot chocolate?! Well - we stopped here since it’s close to home. For $15 we got a medium and 2 small hot chocolates. I told the lady not too hot on the smalls as they’re for a 4 and 7 year old child. She said “okay”. Well- the lids were flimsy and the lid came off of both the kids cups! Our 7 year old caught it and only spilt a small amount. Our 4 year old was covered in HOT chocolate. We pulled over and ripped her clothes off to stop the burning. She had 1st degree burns 😭 we had to go home and miss our fun because of the cheap lids. My boyfriend and I drank ours when we got home and it tasted as if someone put one scoop of cheap cocoa mix in hot water and thought that was good. We ended up dumping out half of it as it was nasty. What a horrible experience!

I can't express how badly the wait times here have tanked in the last few weeks. It went from 3-5 minutes in line, to waiting 15+ minutes for 2 or 3 cars ahead. I have no doubt that corporate understaffing choices are the issue, but I'm not going to be able to incorporate this place into my routine at this rate.

Coffees always good but I stopped today and it’s slammed cars backed up on both sides, so when I finally get to the window I see that while there 2 baristas here only one of them is working so I have to wait for the one running the other side to come over and take my order. Simply put it’s great coffee and normally super quick but for some reason it took 20 mins to get my one coffee today

On the way to work, most days seems like they are faster than their competitors and I prefer their coffee

The service is the best, they are always happy to help if you aren't sure how to order. I described the flavor and temperature I was dreaming, and they took that information and gave me the best drink I've had at any coffee place. 10/10

Most Wake up calls are very friendly and helpful. These people are rude and lazy. I had a large order. Instead of working together 1 person made my order 1 drink at a time. 30 minutes later order was done but the first half was already cold or melted by this point. The rest of the of the crew just stood around talking
