went to get coffee at 7:50 ten minutes till close ! and they already had their windows locked and weren't serving anymore. close time is 8pm not 7:50.

So this is probably my first one star review in a while, maybe ever. Came here for a lavender vanilla iced chai with oat milk. Usually I come here when I get a gift card from someone since it's so expensive her. Starbucks by my house closed so here I am today. Normally I order a large 32 oz lavender vanilla iced chai tea with oat milk and that runs me right under $9. Today I asked for a medium, looks like a 16 oz, and it cost me $9.61?! That is ridiculous. There was also little to no interaction while I was at the window and I'm irked they handed me their transaction machine asking for a tip. I asked for a pup cup for my dog and they didn't give me that either. I don't understand how a drink half the size is an extra $1 than what I normally get. Stick with other local coffee places or Starbucks...

I love the menu at WUC the variety is unbeatable! And the breakfast sandwiches are amazing. That being said, the service at this location has seriously declined. Sloppily made drinks, almost every employee I see has a sour look on their face and seems to absolutely hate their job and roll their eyes at simple questions. I will pay more for a less creative drink a few hundred feet away at Dutch Bros because I've never not been met with a warm smile and happy atmosphere there...
