Everyone here is extremely friendly! Staff is amazing. Real peanut butter in iced coffee is better than I'd of ever thought. More flavors than even dutch bros has. It's my new favorite place 🐱

I understand it can get busy but you guys put off door dash orders and make the drivers wait a good 20-30 minutes before finally getting to the orders and your excuse is Drive thru is busy.... Also don't have bad attitudes because you guys can't do your jobs. Maybe you guys should take yourselves off Door dash if it's too much for you guys to handle.

Absolutely love wake up call I grew up with Seattle coffee and their a good close match and they are always friendly I'm ready to serve as well as pretty darn quick when they're very busy this particular location was a little low on my coffee I'm very particular I like a perfect blend of all the flavors and it's very hard for almost any shop to get it unless they're over in Seattle well over in that area hope you enjoy cheers

Service was really rude at the west window at 7:49am this morning! Will not be buying drinks here. Delivery drivers are Also very often customers, and we certainly leave reviews. Hold your baristas accountable for their service of delivery drivers.
This is hands down my favorite coffee shop but it all depends on who's working in the mornin... 2 of them straight up ignored one window while I sat there with their backs to me for 5 mins... dont stop here if you're in a time crunch or on your way to work.... as you can see from others reviews that service has always been an issue... not to mention that i buy quad shot coffees for them to also mess that up and short me. A drink that is suppose to taste like espresso with 4 shots in it, tasted like chocolate milk because they probably charged me and shorted the drink... it was actually gross. I threw it away when I got to work

Ok so I saw the bad reviews for this stand and I really wanted to give them a 5 star but I can't quite do that. First of all I came in on Sunday morning around 630am and there was no customers there, which was nice. But I'll come back to that. The barista was polite and made the drink quickly and I paid and everything was great. It was the second day of hoopfest and also my wife's birthday. All she asked for was coffee. So I went and got ice, water, and breakfast for the kids and drove back to our hotel. By the time I got home I had coffee spilled on our new leather seats because the coffee lid was leaking. Not because it wasn't on tight but because there was coffee all up in under the lid. I opened it, used McDonald's napkins to clean the mess and put the lid back on. By the time I got to the room the cup was leaking again--same problem. So the coffee tasted great and she was happy with it but the cup thing was just ridiculous. If you're in the coffee stand business you gotta have the right stuff to make a good product, and leaky cups or lids that are flimsy and don't fit right.. sorry that ain't cutting it. Probably try a different coffee stand next time.

Overall I really like wakeup call. Very friendly and not overly saturated with all sorts of different drinks. People are friendly and I don't feel like I'm out of my comfort zone like other places.

Just got a $10.37 redbull drink that is FULL of little black floating things that im HOPING are coffee grounds. Ruined my drink and my day 😭 no way to call or anything. Nora location.
