Ok so I saw the bad reviews for this stand and I really wanted to give them a 5 star but I can't quite do that.
First of all I came in on Sunday morning around 630am and there was no customers there, which was nice. But I'll come back to that. The barista was polite and made the drink quickly and I paid and everything was great. It was the second day of hoopfest and also my wife's birthday. All she asked for was coffee. Overall I really like wakeup call. Very friendly and not overly saturated with all sorts of different drinks. People are friendly and I don't feel like I'm out of my comfort zone like other places.

I am out of state. I have had Chai Latte in a few states and over seas and let me just say this hands down the best Chai Latte I have ever had. Most places drown out the taste of chai with the milk but here you definetly tasted the chai tea.
Staff was friendly and patient while I looked at the menue and gave great recomendations. Service was fast as well.
