Trying to order a drink that says it is "espresso shots drink" but when ordering it it comes with no espresso? So the warm flavored milk is $8, and if I want coffee it's $13? Are you a milk stand that can have coffee added or a coffee stand?

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I ordered DoorDash from here and when I received it my drink was half full and there’s was no whipped cream like I paid extra for.

We love WUC and have for a very long time, back when there was only one location! But this one is our favorite due to all the friendly baristas and consistency in getting good coffee. We especially appreciate Hayley and how she always knows both mine and my husband’s orders and has even had them ready when she saw us pull up. That really stuck out to us because it shows such a high level of paying attention to her customers and making them each feel special. We frequently tell her she’s not allowed to leave 😅 But, I also have to say that we also appreciate Ari and Trendon (I’m so sorry if I misspelled that!!). This location is just top notch with a fantastic team!

The store on N division ignores their walk in customers. I have never been to a customer service business that completely ignores you when you walk into the store. All they care about is the drive thru. I have been there several times and they really dont care if you stand there waiting 5-10 mi . I refuse to go there as well as i tell friends and family not to go. The store on NM blvd is great, plus their store is way cleaner
