Absolutely brilliant staff. True locals only shop without the big corporate nonsense. Comfy atmosphere that the others can't even begin to compete with. Drop by, you'll be glad you did. Peace.

The staff are fine the food and coffee is terrible. Gave me a dry bagel with push pouch of Philadelphia cream cheese and a plastic knife. Coffee was bland and tasted worse than Starbucks. I was hoping for more from a place that had a roaster in the back. I was sitting behind the espresso machine and timed a shot at 15 seconds at one point.

Always an amazing experience when I visit. The ambiance is very peaceful and the baristas are excellent at their craft. It’s always amazing watching the crew at work! Ashley is a master at her craft. Definitely a must try!

Ashley makes the most delicious mocha. It saddens me that the union location is closed on Sundays because the other locations don't make my coffee the same. Ashley should be in charge of training ALL of the eastern Washington Wake up call baristas!
