I come here every weekend. Trevor knows my order better than I do at this point. (I can imagine him saying “yup” while rolling his eyes at me.

I haven’t found a better smoothie/açaí bowl place in Spokane. They sometimes have a Gluten Free Dairy Free Waffle during the winter months and it’s delicious (I’ve tried to make it at home with no luck)

Keep on, keeping on you guys, you have a great team and unique offerings.

We love acai bowls and are so happy we can have them in Spokane. They acai bowls are fine, although one time, my partner and I both had bowls that tasted moldy.

Unfortunately, the service is extraordinarily terrible. On one occasion, the service was so slow people were leaving while the girl behind the counter explained to us that it was "slow food." On another occasion, they were still closed when the sign said they should have been open. We have taken to calling ahead. Today, I called several times with no answer and decided to risk it and come down anyway because I really do love acai bowls. I came in and no one was around. I called out multiple times before the staff eventually wandered to the front. I know it's hard to find good service, but geeze.

The smoothies are great unfortunately the customer service is extremely lacking. I have never had a kind or good interaction with anyone working there. It gives off the impression that they all hate their jobs or don’t like being there. It makes going there very uncomfortable unless you’re one of their friends. Writing this review makes me sad because it’s one of the only places I enjoy the smoothies but I don’t think I’ll be back due to the service. I have given many chances thinking it was just one bad day. But I have had multiple different employees serve me and none of them have been pleasant. I hope to try again in the future and have a better experience.

One person working on a very busy weekend. While waiting in line, the person making smoothies took the person’s order behind me before mine. They consistently are understaffed and have little value for customer service. I love supporting local but this business model isn’t it. Sorry to say but I’ve had far better experiences at method juice.

They don't use organic fruits or vegetables so you're getting tons of pesticides in your "healthy" juice. Makes no sense other than they're counting on customers to be ignorant.

I don’t live in Spokane but on my frequent visits I always make a point to stop here and get not one but two smoothies because they’re so good AND healthy (ish). My favs are healthy start and super green. Plus, the servers have always been great (not sure of the experiences of other reviewers).

I am a new customer who's been in a few times. I agree with the other comments that the smoothies and ingredients are excellent, but staff attitude is demeaning and insulting. Hello, owner of Wellness Tree, your staff refused to take my order and proceeded to chat with another customer and ignore me. Other customer came in at the same time, just ahead of me. She suggested I order first. When I was ready to order, I waited for the 2nd employee to finish making a smoothie and asked if she would take my order. She said no, that the male coworker chatting with the customer had to. Then, both of your employees proceeded to ignore me, so I walked out and went to The Shop. I was ready to place a 3-4 item order with your staff, but they decided I am not worthy to be a customer. I really was patient and didn't mind waiting, I waited until your staff member wasn't busy and asked to order and couldn't believe they flat out refused.
You know it's not just rude to act that way, but also pretty hurtful.
I went there to start my morning off in a positive energy and was met with hostility. Hope you get your staff right, because they are driving your business away and setting a bad example in the community.

I decided to have a little "me" day and treated myself to some shopping and a refreshing smoothie. I chose the Very Berry Smoothie. While it wasn't mind-blowing, it was enjoyable. However, I was shocked by the price—$12 for one smoothie, not including tips. On the bright side, the staff member who assisted me was delightful and made the experience more pleasant.

It was our first time checking this place out and found it to be a disappointing experience. We ordered two smoothies and the first one was made within 10 minutes and then we had to wait for the other one for almost 30 minutes. The person working didn’t even appear to have any desire to move in any other speed than slow. And, they ended up getting my second smoothie incorrect.
