Doesn't listen to customers and drive thru is way too slow. Been waiting in line for 20min and the line has not moved one inch. Hell JIB can move faster then this with just 2 workers and a line going out to the main street

Ordered $45 in food, everything was messed up with the order. I live 40 mins out of town so it was noticed until arriving home. Called spoke to female manager was told I'd receive a couple free meals in the mail, just give her a few days and she'll send them. It been a month. No coupons I returned to same location and Manager John refused to recognize my previous situation being unresolved.

Me and my Girlfriend were doordashing an order and the manager was rude as hell to employees as well as customers. Yelling and causing a scene.

My daughter got food poisoning here last Saturday evening. On top of receiving bad customer service from the teen girl behind the counter who also mocked an older woman for being upset that her food was smashed in her bag. Wow. Never again.

Definitely won’t be ordering from here. Downloaded the app. But seen we cannot set a pick up time. Lady I talked to super snobby. “Oh you want food. But don’t want it now” I tried to explain I was just ordering ahead of time. So yeah. I’m good. Not even interested will be deleting. The app. Sorry you hate your job lady.
Clean dining room and restrooms. The staff here was very friendly, and it was a relaxing place to eat before attending the Brandon Lake concert. The food was fresh and hot, and very delicious.

Too often when ordering chilli the crackers are missing even though they are automatically add in the app. Also this time the cup is not full, so even though I ordered a large I pretty much got a small and it was barely warn.

I had stoped at your store had asked if an ingredient was in it. “Josh “ ( floor manager ) treated me rather rude. I will not stop at that store again.

Ordered than sat down the first table the booth was broken pulled away from the wall had a dead bug underneath only noticed because my one year old don't sit still was letting him run around the table while we waited for our food was no one else on that side of the restaurant. Second table we sat at had crumbs everywhere. After our order was done went back up to ask for a spoon and the cashier/drive thru lady was rude acted like I was interrupting an important conversation.

Went to Wendy’s tonight at about 10-10:15pm, the woman taking our order at the drive through was quite rude. When I first pulled up I informed the server-cashier we’d be a minute so we could figure out what we were going to order and as I was ready to order the said “Order already!” I was not able to order everything we wanted due to her horrific attitude. When we pulled up to the window to pay she took my card, processed it and asked if I would like a receipt, i replied with a simple “no thank you.” Just for her to slam and lock the window. Entirely unnecessary. I work in food as well and have for a hot minute, I’d understand if we’re very busy but at no point would I speak to a customer like that rushing them and being flat out rude. She was a bigger girl, I did not catch her name. The young lady at the pickup window was very nice but the cashier was shocking to say the least. Please at the very least have a conversation with her and maybe have a corrective action plan bc that customer service was appalling. Food was fine as always but that woman’s attitude was not ok especially when you work in the service industry.

A cancer drive-thru try to order a potato with chili wound up getting fries and chili and I believe I got overcharged not to mention I asked for sour cream didn't even get that.
