The tables weren't cleaned off and several employees were just talking to a group of friends that came in to eat .

I'd give zero for atmosphere if I could. The place was filthy dirty, plenty of staff. Went in at a slow time, no one was ever cleaning, just disgusting filthy, I can see why the drive thru is so popular, I would never walk into this Wendy's again. Dave Thomas would be embarrassed.

I had left my wallet at Wendy's on regal in spokane. The associate there named Amanda found my online and got my number to let me know it was safe and secure and ready to be returned. I can't tell you how much this wonder person is appriciated! She really went above and beyond! I would hope there is some sort of recognition and this establishment for her. She definitly deserves a super gold star! Again thank you Amanda for letting people know there is still goodness I this world! You are appriciated!!!

Very rude and inconsiderate of others, one employee ,would never recommend anyone come here by far the worst Wendy's in spokane or airway heights if your looking for a bad time n rude service n getting berated by an employee for litterlly doing nothing but just asking some questions about the menu, then this is the spot for you I would give this place a negative 5 star but unfortunately the lowest I can give is a zero honestly the attitude and anger and ill mannered behavior that came across to me was just absolutely uncalled for in every way Wendy's manager really need to look into their employees and how they treat others

I had to go through the drive thru twice and my sandwich is still wrong. I tried to be polite, but when I spoke to the male manager about it he said "we are slammed and have like 40 double stack orders right now", and just kept making excuses about why it was wrong until I hung up on him. I was about to be rude so I hung up. BTW both times I went through drive thru there were only 3 cars total in line and it took forever to get my order, so unless each car is ordering like 20 meals I don't believe his excuses.
He did not try to apologize, he did not care at all that I waited for my order twice and still didn't get my food. He sounded like I just woke him up from a nap or he was high, I'm not sure but not at all professional or even curtious.
It was a complete waist of $9 to get a crew of lettuce with a fried chicken patty on it, instead of the lettuce wrapped club sandwich I ordered. No tomato, no bacon, no sauce nothing, I'm very disappointed in this location. I've never felt more like going "Karen" on someone in my life. How hard is it to say in sorry let us fix it, or would you like a refund. I felt the need for this review to keep others from making the mistake of wasting their time and money here. Do not go here, it will just make you angry. I don't like being angry and I don't want anyone else to have the experience I just had.

South hill location, very good customer service, the manager was really good with my kids, an explained what was on all the 5 dollar biggie bags an even got them for 4 dollars since the didn't want bacon an got a smaller drink since we were dining in, food was fresh,fast an good, lobby an bathroom were clean, good job by staff, way better customer service than competing restaurants in the same area, thank you!!

Used to be great but these last 6ish months have gone downhill significantly, especially the quality of staff. I haven't gotten warm fries my last 3 orders just cold. And I'm lucky to get my add-ons with it as it's forgotten 90%of the time

I was supposed to become a crew at this place, very bad at even training your own employees, I watched some videos even and that wasn't even good enough for your company?? Over all Debrah the so called, "GM" sucks at even training her employees at doing anything 😒
Best of luck to anyone that works here!
Sad when I watched some of your employees ether take fries, coffee drinks filled in a large cup I might add, that's 3.00$ of a loss but you fire a guy who wanted to succeed in a job??
You rather have someone steal than to actually train someone who wants to work?
