The man who took our order was very sweet and went out of his way to let the sandwich maker know that we wanted blue cheese added to the burger (they could only add it to the side to keep the American cheese on the sandwich) and it was charged to my receipt. He was even kind enough to go out of his way and go tell the sandwich maker personally about the incoming order. Incredibly disappointed to find out not only had I been charged for the blue cheese, and assured it would be on there, but that there was infact no blue cheese on either sandwiches, and no blue cheese in either bag on the side (like it was charged to me on the receipt) this happened just 12-18 minuted ago, found out as I sat down to eat and give my partner their food, to which they couldn't find their order with the blue cheese. This has repeatedly happened now, as this is the third time I've tried, been assured, and been lied to about my order, while also being charged for an item not in any bag. At a certain point, this has to viewed as unacceptable behavior, certainly Unprofessional.

We were waiting in the Drive-thru for 15 and the ask us to pull ahead and on top of that other 15 minutes and when the final brought the food all she said was "there you go " no apology for the delay nor thank you for waiting and the chicken sandwich didn't had cheese and onions this is the last time I ever go to this place

i'm just done with wendys in general. it doesnt matter which location you go to. there can be 2 cars in the drivethru and its always a MINUMUM of 20 minutes. if i wanted to wait that long I WOULDNT HAVE GONE THRU THE DRIVE THRU. its every time at every location tho. no matter if its a lunch rush on a work day, or 9pm on a monday night. 20 minute wait seems manditory. and all i ever order is a biggie bag! not worth it at all. im done w wendys. i'd rather starve till i get home.

I'm disappointed. I just came through after working a 12 hour day to get a Cesar salad and I got the salad but you guys gave me ranch and crispy onions instead of Cesar and garlic croutons. I also ordered a sweet tea and I got peach tea. I get people get busy but I stopped there specially for the Cesar salad with what's suppose to come with it. I'm normally not this person but I also tried calling there 5 times to talk to someone and got an answering machine.

I work for wendys out in cda and I came to this one while I was in town to get a thin mint frosty. I felt like i should've went to my own store and got it made. The girl didn't make it right and completely over filled it to the point it was dripping in my car.
