I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious...because it was freshly cooked! When it's not fresh (which happens 4/5 times), it's barely edible. I appreciate the turn off luck with my order today!

Tried the oreo brownie frosty and the caramel frosty. They do not fill them to the top the pictures included were size large. They were alright at the beginning since all the toppings were on top but the more you eat it the less ingredients included.

Second time I have come here and they have ruined our order with no empathy for wasting our time or anything I just feel as if they could do a better job especially when it’s not busy there’s zero cars in the parking lot. They’re very few cars in the drive-through. The manager did not seem to care at all about the situation, and was actually pretty condescending and rude.

My wife just returned from Wendy's on the Newport Hwy by Wendle's. No Baconater Jr in the bag that was ordered and no receipt. Don't leave the drive thru before checking your bag. Will not be a customer there again.
This is my first visit to Wendy's ever and I am am 73 years old this year! I had no idea what a large menu they had. I enjoyed the original chicken sandwich and my WW's was really happy about it.

never give any of the sauces I put on my order. also gave me regular coca cola instead of diet when I am a type one diabetic. do not recommend this place they get my order wrong every single time.

We are alarmed at how the manager, John, treated his new employee today. We arrived at a busy time. The manager yelled at his new employee in front of the entire restaurant and coworkers and made her cry. It is only her first day. All employees deserve to be treated with respect. When training somebody you should have clear communication. I’ve never witnessed such a such behavior. He needs training and may not be suited for management.

Tried the new Cajun chicken sandwich. It tasted like pickles and horseradish, YUCK.
Did they change the chicken nuggets? They seem smaller and the texture was like foam rubber.
Maybe the other menu items are good, but my experience was of it being overpriced for nasty food.

Went thru drive thru. That experience was ok cashier was great at the time. Did not ask if we wanted any condiments with our order other than sauce for the 10pc nugget and then only gave two. Fries were suposto be a large. Well the container is a large but my wife's med fries has way more fries in it. Guess it's a non trained person on the fry station today from the size portion to no seasoning on the fries at all. If you are not going to season them PROVIDE SALT AND PEPPER or at the very least ketchup.
