i went in there today to get something to eat i order a number 7 with fries and no drink one of there employees was wearing a tanktop at the window collecting money for the orders and i drove to the other window basicly the woman threw the order at us i get home i looked at my meal it looked like someone sat on it ; it was flat cheese was not semi melted one small lettuce leaf what i joke that was
avoid going here go to Zips or Dlish hamburgers where you better service then this place

The food seemed disappointing, Normally the food is pretty decent, but the last few times its kinda gone downhill. Tonight: My husband really liked his mushroom burger, my Dave's burger wasn't great. The fries were really good. Hubs also said the chili was really good and hit the spot. Our daughter liked her chicken sandwich and actually ate it all (that right there says a lot lol) I usually get the Asiago chicken sandwich and it's usually good (didn't get that tonight, but probably should have).

We are from Canada and always stop here on our way through Spokane. The food is always amazing! Except the workers always seem miserable and hate their job.

Walked in. Almost ni customers inside. No one in the drive through. A dozen employees shuffling about. At least 8 made eye contact and just ignored us. Not even a "we'll be right with you." Straight up ignored. We just left cause they obviously don't want the business.

This location seems to specifically have issues hiring kind people. Every time I come through, I am greeted with snobby, unprofessional, and rude employees. I wish I could say it’s a one-time problem, but it’s not.

It's fast food, mediocre burgers and nuggets. Burgers,baconator fries and saucy nugs Kind of lack sauces and condiments. Friendly staff.

The manager, Jason is a very rude person! Our orders are almost always incomplete or not made correctly. This Wendy's lack of proper customer service is why food restaurants go out of business. People should not have to check every bag in the drive-thru, to make sure our orders are correct. If it happened once in a while, that would be a different story, but inconsistencies happen at this Wendy's all the time. Jason should also be fired because his attitude is terrible towards customers and hearing their complaints.

They never make my order right there's always an issue the managers get snippy when you call them out on it but they do refund you or remake it overall od give it 2 and a half stars

They apparently don't know how to bag food at this location because twice now I've ordered a biggie bag on door dash and they missed my nuggets both times in a row now.

Worst customer service experience. What happened to customer service? Ordered our food, had ordered 2 salted Carmel frosty and then 2 chocolate tried to change to one vanilla and one chocolate was told they were out of vanilla so said just chocolate. Went to the window and got food was missing the Carmel frostys the gal at the window closed the window and I could hear her talking to the manager then the girl who took my order started saying it was my fault that I canceled the first two and only got chocolate. I could hear their whole conversation as the manager just stood there and said nothing. The gal came to the window with the frostys I told her we could pay for them and that I could hear their whole conversation and that was incorrect what the gal who took the order said. None of them even apologized or anything. I mean just say sorry about that and charge for the frosty.
