Terrible customer service experience, my order was not made correctly and when I asked for the correct food that I paid for I was told that there was nothing they could because they are getting In trouble for remaking orders. Maybe if it was made correctly the first time they wouldn't get in trouble for having to remake orders. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Ordered chili and chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were raw, I couldn't eat it. The chili was okay, but came with no crackers. The cashier waved me through without giving me a receipt. Maybe the crew was having an off day.

my boyfriend ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget with a biggie bag and couldn’t even get the 10 pc chicken nuggets, gave him refund but didn’t redo order once food got cold because they messed up the order. bad experience. manger didn’t help either. i completely understand some places don’t re make orders but it was a waste of money and time.

Just spent 40min in drive threw 30min of it was spent at speaker and no one acknowledge we were there multiple vehicles. Then when she spoke over the speaker she said they were busy with door dash waited 10 more minutes then they took my order also didn't give me everything I ordered. Just a waste of 1hr in this drive threw
