I stopped by at 10pm, two hours before you guys close and tried ordering a Jr double stack but was told that "they were done making them for the night". I tried asking if they were out of product or something but I didn't get a response just an insincere "sorry". I'd understand if I had shown up 5 minutes to close but TWO hours to close? You weren't out of product you just didn't want to make the order. I've been cooking my entire adult life as a profession and I have never refused to make an order simply because I didn't want to. It didn't matter if it was two minutes to close or not, if the order came in it was made and made well. Do better.

i wanted a baked potato with onions and chives on the side. the onions and chives were in the potato when i got it, and the onions were slimy and tasted foul. i LOVE onions. i eat a whole lot of them, but these were NOT good!

Maybe the worst service and food I’ve had in years 5 employees ignored us to gossip and talk bad and curse about a manager then when they did take our order they took mine and ignored my sister for about 3 minutes when we did get the food is was undercooked nuggets greasy old burgers and wet buns and undercooked mushy fries without salt the place was full of homeless people and gross unkept employees don’t go here

Wendy's has always been a place we can count on to have a great burger that is fresh and made to order. Last night we wanted to stop in for a bite at about 930 ish pm. We ordered a Dave's single and a chicken asagio ranch sandwich. Both were dry like the had been pre made a d warmed up. Not the Wendy's standard we are accustomed to. Now I get that fast food can be hit or miss but to be honest this is my second sub standard meal from this specific Wendy's. Maybe just bad luck but either way, we will not be stopping at this Wendy's again.

Went through drive through on my way to work 11/24/24 around 8:00 pm and ordered a Jr cheese deluxe and a apple pecan salad. My salad didn't have any blue cheese on it or any pecans.

You have to wait at the counter forever just to even make your order. They focus more on completing online orders then they do with the live people standing right in front of them. I would recommend the cashier should focus on the the job they need to be doing instead of building bags for online orders

Fries were cold had to get new ones made . The burger wasn't much better on warmth and the beans in the chili had a crunch to them like they weren't even cooked all the way and they were barely warm. This was the worst I've ever gotten at wendys . When you order food and pay $40 for 2 people it should all be hot . Also the guy who took our order kept asking if we wanted anything else before we were even done talking , he seemed very impatient . Fast food is definitely not what it used to be maybe that's why most of the fast food places are shutting their doors . Managers need to be on top of whats going on . Hot foods need to be hot you shouldn't have to ask for it to be the temperature it's supposed to be served at
