Whistle Punk Brewing Downtown

Nice place to meet friends for a drink. The staff is very friendly and the beer is quite good. If you are visiting downtown Spokane this should be on your itinerary.

Best beer in Spokane. Great focus on Germanic and Czech beers, but also includes a variety of everything including wine and NA options.

Whistle Punk Brewing is one of my favorite spots in Spokane — their beer quality is consistently strong. They keep a continually refreshed lineup of beers on tap, and there’s always something worth trying. My personal favorite is the Tmavé Pivo: balanced, roasty, and smooth without being heavy. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back, and Chris is always awesome behind the counter — friendly, helpful, and great with recommendations. Whistle Punk is truly a local gem, and an easy five-star pick for anyone who loves great craft beer.

This place feels like a cozy chair next to your fireplace! It was so nice, good people, fantastic beer and amazing food available via restaurant next door.

Low key venue. They have decent beers and a pretty good selection. Friendly service, clean. Would recommend if you just need a place to hang out, play a game or read.

I debated about posting, but I am still a bit annoyed, we loved coming here and have been bringing our baby with us every couple months over the last 9months. But over the weekend the bartender said it’s 21 up and our baby isn’t allowed. Not sure if he’s new or had a policy change, but it was a bit disappointing for us and we went to brickwest instead. We won’t be back for awhile apparently.

One of the best breweries in town. Touting traditional German style among many other selections. You will have a hard time finding a better atmosphere to grab a pint. Dog friendly and people friendly.

Passing through Spokane and dropped into this excellent brewery. I come from a lager town and these guys can hang with the best. A bonus was felling like a regular the moment I walked up to the bar. The welcome was as good as the lager.

Just the best beers and bartenders in Spokane. Chris and Rachel are especially amazing. Anyone interested in good beer in the area needs to check them out.

Really cool spot! I came here twice to work with my dog on some training, and both times the bar tenders were friendly and made great recommendations. There's plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. They even brought a water bowl for my dog! I really appreciate them accommodating our training class.
