As a German, I have to state that this is the best brewery in Spokane! Great German style beers, awesome stuff and cozy location downtown. If you haven’t been there, you need to check it out, especially if you wanna have a varieties of beers that are not IPA’s.
Tucked away just off the alley this spot felt like a hidden gem. Dog friendly with a bar full of lovely locals. We gave the Saison, hazy IPA, and NE IPA a go and all were good but the hazy IPA was our fav.

Super friendly staff and their beer is on point. They have a solid West Coast IPA, highly recommend.
Chris is super attentive, he’s the blood and soul of this place and I don’t think I will come back if he leaves. The Helles Lager is always a banger. I’ve never been disappointed by a beer here, you just need to know what you want and you’ll be happy. Usually calm here and if your date likes beer, I’m sure you’ll have a blast.
Was disappointed that they had zero ciders on tap. Seems really expensive for someone to open a can for me.

The best burger I’ve had in Spokane (under 20 bucks too) Service was great even though it was pretty busy. The chipotle ketchup was the game changer though. Can’t get enough of that sauce ??? definitely coming back

Came here because of the Lester Cup 2024, stayed for the great beers: Cask London Porter & Espresso Milk Stout! Many other great craft beers and they have food next door at Heritage.
I travel for a living and and have tried numerous small breweries - this is definitely one of the best I’ve been to. They brew a wide variety of beers, with a solid focus on German lagers. The Dunkel and Marzen are outstanding!
I love the ever changing selection of beers. I also love that they are a dog friendly place.

One of my favorite places in Spokane. Staff are some of the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met and the beer is some of the best in the state. Could not recommend this place enough.
