I always go to the pines location but have been to both Sprague locations. The girls are always so nice and so loving to my puppies!!!
Very unfriendly staff, specifically the location on the hill. Was super disappointed with my experience.
Very kind and my drink tasted great.

We sadly didn’t get to try the bagel sandwiches, but they all sounded so delicious. The barista was very kind for it being so early in the morning, and the drinks were spectacular!

I went to the White Dog on N.W. Blvd. yesterday to get an Isagenix shake. Had not been in a while. The gal that served me was PERFECT. Did not get her name but she was awesome; she made and kept eye-contact, she seemed to sincerely care about getting my order right (what flavor, what type of milk, you said add a bit of cinnamon, etc.). Very kind and soft-spoken. Just so she gets credit she had a ton of freckles (they looked awesome). Based solely on this interaction I will keep coming back. I think people nowadays want to feel like they are important, not just another person in line.. She did a master- class on taking care of customers in a prompt, polite and effective way. Just wanted to,”expresso” my opinion.
Haven’t had white dog coffee before went through white dog coffee on Northwest Boulevard very sweet barista. We didn’t get her name just started four weeks ago. She made our coffee and she nailed it. Please give her kudos your guises coffee is amazing. Will be back.
Good coffee and grate service but the lines take so long I know coffee shop lines are long but they take for ever
First, I must say, the girls are sweet and friendly and quick.
The issues I have are 1. It's ridiculously expensive. 2. The coffee beans they use are kinda lousy and frankly, taste like McDonald's, which isn't horrible, but espresso is not supposed to be bright and citrusy, but bold and dark.
Yeah, I'm a coffee snob. I own it. But when you are charging $6 for a cup of coffee, I want it to be good, right? I lived in Seattle for a long time, so I'm coffee spoiled, but Spokane needs to step up, especially if you're charging $6 a cup.
Anyhoo, I like "dry" cappuccinos. That means basically shots and milk foam. I have really not gotten that ever at this stand, or pretty much anywhere in Spokane, despite it being a very easy drink to make..
Today I was handed a cup with ZERO foam. It was a very "wet" something or other, but certainly not a dry cappuccino. I hate doing this, but I asked her to remake it. She didn't even know what a dry cappuccino was.
So, I won't return. I've ordered an espresso maker and will make my own, saving money, gas, time and frustration.
My suggestion to the owners - learn how to make a cappuccino, then teach your employees, and consider getting darker beans.
Also, pretty much every coffee stand in Spokane offers veterans a discount, this one didn't.

Hands down best customer service. Stopped by the Sprague location for my first time 7/31/24. Came back the next day because I just couldn’t say no when passing by. Definitely found me a new stand and barista 💕💕💕
