horrible attitude if you don’t like your job then leave food is always hit or miss
Accidentally put an order in at this location instead of the Hwy 2 location. Tried calling the store immediately after At least 30 different times and nobody would pick up forcing my husband to have to drive 35 minutes to this location and bring food back for our family that was cold.
Why have a phone if you’re not going to answer it?

Love coming for wings here. The wait can sometimes be long but the staff always handle it so politely and are never seen sitting around. Maddy is my favorite and super helpful. Also the combos are always a great deal!
Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat dairy and they have a ton of flavors that don’t affect me!

My wings were sauced by the gods, hallelujah, raise your ya ya yah and praise which every worker at this location did tricks on my wings.

Picking up a to-go order and waited a little over 30 mins before I went back in to see if it was ready and the employees were so stoned off their asses and giggly and said it would be a few more mins. Restaurant had 1 other person inside waiting so not busy at all.
20 piece meal deal. 10 of the wings were barely "wings" also didn't give me sauces or corn .

I stopped in at the Newport Highway location in Spokane, WA on 2.15.25 around 1:30pm. During the 45 minute wait for 15 wings. I stood at the counter and watched the 3 workers that were behind the counter. While watching them I witnessed the younger male grab receipts off the floor and put them back on the counter where they were preparing and bagging orders. He did not wash his hands or put gloves on after touching the floor. He just continued to touch prepared orders, bag them and put the floor receipt sticked to the bag. The only girl working touched people's half eaten food and trash that was left on the counter while grabbing the trash can from under the counter to proceed to throw it away with her bare hands. She walked the trays to the back sink area then walked back up to the front and proceeded to touch prepared food and the prep counter with unwashed and ungloved hands. She also kept wiping her nose and messing with her nose ring with her bare hands then proceeded to prepare ready orders. She as well was picking up receipts off the floor putting them back on the prep counter and then stickering them to to-go bags. I did say something to the manager who turned and said something to the girl. Then all of the sudden they are washing their hands and putting gloves on. It shouldn't take a customer saying something for hygiene and food safety to be considered.

I have been ordering from this location for a little over two months on and off for football games and just a family comfort food. Within the last month, I’ve seen a significant decrease in quality of food, service, and management. Tonight I ordered 10 bone in wings and when I received them, they were significantly undercooked, Not only that, but they were not seasoned whatsoever. I work service and retail, so I understand how stressful it could be but when you are purchasing goods and services from an establishment and you aren’t happy with them, you should at least get a refund. I called the store multiple times with no answer and when I did get through to someone they said “hello? Hello? Hello?” And then hung up. The staff is generally pretty understanding and are helpful but recently have not been that way whatsoever. Really disappointed.

The girl working decided to sit there texting for 3 minutes before even saying anything to me while waiting at the counter. Just to find out they didn't start the food yet. What a joke.

Staff are good and served us fine. Bathroom key wouldnt work, even had staff come try to open and it wouldnt work either. He recommended we use starbucks key next door to them. Ok. So we did. So after 15 minutes trying to use the bathroom to just wash hands, we get our food. Fries were so soggy I almost didnt want to eat them. Boneless wings were meh. No garbages to throw away our stuff, or anyone elses for that matter. So garbage is just piling up on every table. I had high hopes for this place, bit it just didnt deliver.

The only negative was on cleanliness and accessibility to soda machine and there wasn't any condiments out ( irritating having to ask )
The music was a great change from my visit to the shadle store ( way more relaxing atmosphere)
