The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

First off we will start with food it was good that’s not why I’m here leaving this its more about the service and how I see the manager treat their employees. I came in to get my food and while I’m there I’m seeing what I would think was the manager treating one of her workers the worst I’ve ever seen a boss treating one an employee. This girl was on her hands and knees cleaning parts of the store that probably never been touched since the store opened and when an fellow employee asked if she could jump up and help her the manager comes from the back and tells her that she is forbidden to work the line. I don’t care what you’ve done but any place I’ve ever seen if someone asks for help you give it to them. I’m just saying a manager like that shouldn’t be running any store of any kind what she has this girl doing wasn’t just routine cleaning it like to me like public humiliation. I’ve came in on a Monday night when the same girl was working and she was running the entire thing by herself one night killing it with what she had to work with. At the end of the day the manager running this store shouldn’t be a manager with how she treats employees.

Absolute worst for online orders. I scheduled carry out for 7:15 and had to wait OVER 30 minutes for my food to be ready. There were lots of other people in the same situation, they’re extremely understaffed and slow. If you don’t mind waiting an extra 30-45 minutes, cool, if you’re in a rush or anything closely related, do not order here, it’s like wing purgatory!
Being the last Wingstop to close guarantees that I can always get wings at the latest craving. Thanks

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.
