I would give this place a minus 10 thousand. I was standing with my young daughter and were astonished at how the manager shoved a order add a door Dasher and yelled about there policies while walking away. We won't be coming back after seeing how bad they treat their delivery drivers. Horrible management. We didn't want to order after seeing that and left to get dinner at Chipotle instead. Delivery drivers deserve to be treated right. We won't be coming back

The restaurant was dirty and didn't look like they cared much for cleanliness in the kitchen from what I could see. The customer service was very rushed and bland and the food taste it off and I couldn't eat all of it. The prices are absolutely ridiculous for the very small amount you get made and stored in questionable conditions, Too many people without hair nets with long hair and beards. This whole place is a health hazard waiting to happen. I would strongly avoid them.

Do NOT get their mozzarella sticks if you're craving the usual zip's style because these guys don't serve them. I got some on my lunch the other day and they were some weird cheep brand. They were so gross, I didn't even make it through the first one. They should advertise if they're going to use cheap off brand stuff so you don't waste your money.

OK, so the service at drive-through is always excellent. There’s two guys that are almost always at the drive-through window, that give great customer service in and are always friendly. The only bad experience we’ve had, was with the manager who, upon getting to the window, told us they couldn’t take bills larger than a 20, despite they’re being no warning at the drive-through intercom… she got pretty rude about it too. (After my husband told her about herself, there was a warning at the intercom the next time we went.) I do wanna say- these new mozzarella sticks you guys have switched over to are trash. Both times I’ve had them. They are just a big gooey cheesy glob. The breading is soft, and they don’t even hold up., So if you liked the mozzarella sticks you’ve gotten use to over the years, I hate to inform you that the new ones they’re using are no longer sticks, but more of an amoeba.

I can't even tell you if my food was good or not because I never received it. I got in line with half an hour before I needed to be somewhere right down the road. When I didn't receive my food, I left with only 5 minutes to spare before my appointment. The same 4 cars were in front of me for the entire 25 minutes. I love Zips. I'm sure the workers were doing their best. But that was ridiculous. And it's not the first time I've had it happen at this specific location.
