This is the best zips in town. Clean, always serving fresh food. The tartar recipe is amazing and the staff are super nice.

Last year on March 26th, I went to this exact Zip’s and it was my birthday. We went to dine-in, and I was having a really shitty day and the employee Mike, (not sure if he still works there or not) was so kind to me, said happy birthday and even reduced the price for us. Thank you Mike for the great service and the kindness in your heart. I was having an extremely horrible day and you really cheered me up on such a gloom day, and the food was fresh and excellent. Made with love for sure. if you like zips, go to this one. ???

They are great. But they don't know what a "MASSIVE AMOUNT OF PICKLES" means. I offered them 5 extra dollars for at least 10 pickles on each burger. They readily agreed and chuckled. But I was dead serious. This is how I grew up in the PNW at Zips. It was my first job. We got two pickles and they took the 5 dollar tip. Made us feel like we cant communicate what we NEED. We don't want it at all if it's not drowning in pickles. It's the cheapest ingredient. Just give me the freaking pickles!!!!!

I was on an electric bicycle and refused service at drive through for an order while lobby was closed (a lady told me they can't serve me) Had a couple beers and didn't want to drive a motor vehicle. What an absurd policy?

What happened to this place? Used to be pretty good food. We ordered drive-thru, got fish, shrimp, fries, and tots. Complete garbage! Just nasty. They changed the shrimp and the shrimp batter. The batter was overwhelmingly batter/ oil flavored. It was so bad that we peeled the batter off the shrimp and tried to improve the taste. It did not work as about 1/4 of the shrimp still had poo in their backs. The fries were not fresh. They tasted like they were sitting for a while. Tots had an old oil taste to them, as did the fish. This location really has gradually gone downhill the past couple of years, but this last visit was the kicker. $35 for what they call "food." Probably needless to say, we did not continue eating our dinner. They have lost our business for good.
The last two times I've been to Zips, I ordered Tater Tots instead of French fries. I got French fries instead. I don't really care for their French fries, and that's why I order tots. I prefer tater tots when I can get them! Zips employees need to pay attention and get the orders straight. I always go through the drive thru'

I just ordered the chicken strips and fries. The chicken strips for very tiny pieces. The price you pay is ridiculous for the food you get. So not happy.......Thank you zips for taking care of my order. I went to the North Monroe lactation and they were very nice and respectful. I never complained but thank you for taking care of it.
