Do NOT get their mozzarella sticks if you're craving the usual zip's style because these guys don't serve them. I got some on my lunch the other day and they were some weird cheep brand. They were so gross, I didn't even make it through the first one. They should advertise if they're going to use cheap off brand stuff so you don't waste your money.
OK, so the service at drive-through is always excellent. There’s two guys that are almost always at the drive-through window, that give great customer service in and are always friendly. I can't even tell you if my food was good or not because I never received it. I got in line with half an hour before I needed to be somewhere right down the road. When I didn't receive my food, I left with only 5 minutes to spare before my appointment. The same 4 cars were in front of me for the entire 25 minutes. I love Zips.
