Very good service. The day I came their point of sales system seemed to be down, yet even with all the extra work and stress that was involved with that, the food was still ready by the time I sat down. On top of that the food was great too!
Do NOT get their mozzarella sticks if you're craving the usual zip's style because these guys don't serve them. I got some on my lunch the other day and they were some weird cheep brand. They were so gross, I didn't even make it through the first one. They should advertise if they're going to use cheap off brand stuff so you don't waste your money.
OK, so the service at drive-through is always excellent. There’s two guys that are almost always at the drive-through window, that give great customer service in and are always friendly. The only bad experience we’ve had, was with the manager who, upon getting to the window, told us they couldn’t take bills larger than a 20, despite they’re being no warning at the drive-through intercom… she got pretty rude about it too.
