I run a business and of course some days my 6 year old goes for a ride along. Well we like zips from time to time. Upon arriving and sitting down inside for lunch there were 4 younger kids working cussing and yelling. Over and over swearing. Think corporate needs to fire these individuals due to the lack of responsibility and respect. Not to mention the place was a dump and so so dirty.
Common zips please hire better employees or have a manager onsite. If I could give a 0 star review I would

I got chicken strips it was like chicken jerky cooked way too long couldn’t even eat it. And it’s so hot inside you can’t even eat hard to wait. They don’t ever pull the blinds down so it’s like an oven in there

Disappointed, ordered some Papa Joe's and some tartar sauce on my way to work. I got marinara instead of tartar and didn't have the time to turn around. I didn't even want the papa Joe's without the tartar.

was the only customer in the drive thru or the lobby and it took 15 mins for my order...I asked 3 times for no shredded lettuce and when I got home, surprise! 15 bucks an hour to screw up... My pot smelled bag was amazingly disappointing.
When I ordered zips chicken steips I expected zips chicken strips not chicken strips overseasoned with some sort of bbq seasoning.... gross.

Nicest Zips in Spokane so far. Sprague and I 90, pretty lazy bunch, not friendly, always seem put out that they are at work! Was pleasantly surprised at this one. Everyone working, being friendly. Was nice.
