When you order a cheeseburger they do not tell you that in fact the cheese costs an extra 75 cents. Prices are increasing but the quality is not. Not worth the time effort or money.

I boughta $16 meal. My soda was flat and tasted like it was watered down. My fries were not even warm, the second fri I tried was still hard like it wasn’t cooked long enough. When I called the manager Lynn, I explained the situation, and I was getting ready to walk into my meeting downtown. That I had just paid for parking, another $15… she was unwilling to replace my fries after I got out of my meeting, and that I would have to go back right now. I only ate 2 fries, didn’t taste the barely warm patty melt and tasted the flat soda. I asked for a full refund. Then she said she would have to call the manager to refund my CASH. Since I didn’t use a debit card.🤬🤬🤬🤬After 8 more minutes I finally got my refund🤬🤬

I was told it was as good as in n out burger. So I went in with that in mind and was disappointed. Next visit will be on it's merits.
My husband and I so appreciate your drive through associate at night as she is so thorough and never gets an order incorrect. She has a very short haircut, but we haven’t asked her name. She’s always kind and courteous as well. Kudos to her???
