Wheelchair accessibility: Yes at all locations have it in parking spaces & inside service too this fast food establishment plus a drive thru menu delivery as well as walk inside eating area u can order then take it to go???

I asked for extra cheese. This is not extra cheese. I asked Doubleday pap burger before I left and she the owner made My pap Joe burger and she claims that this is extra cheese. What is your opinion? I paid for something I feel I did not receive. They would not add any extra cheese or remake it. I am not a satisfied customer.

Is this THE Zip's that is mentioned in the history of Zip's? The 2nd Zip's to be made? I was expecting it to look cooler than the one in the valley... which also why are the buildings not updated at all? Some new paint every 20 years or so would be nice... the food is amazing, the deals are awesome. I would eat hear daily if I could but please can the people higher up update the atmosphere a bit. I feel like the Zips in Deer Park WA has more atmosphere than the one's in the city of Spokane

the foods is still great but what happened to the sauces the tarter sauce is nasty and so is the BBQ it use to be amazing and the bbq sauce was long horn bbq sauce.the only one that still has good sauce is Monroe

It felt like during my short interaction with him, that he always was looking for an opportunity to take the customer's experience to the next level. Ordered fish and fries, chicken and fries and a turkey swiss sandwich. Fish and chicken were freshly made and really good. Mom said her sandwich was good as well. Friendly staff.

Not your normal fast food place! Interesting menu options. I got the hot dog sandwich and it came on a burger bun, sliced open and with a pickpe and mustard. Good for a quick stop to eat if you're in a hurry.
