I love Zips! I was in Spokane for the weekend and knew I couldn't leave Spokane without it! I took some friends with me who'd never had it and the loved it too! Got the tub of fries and shared it with the 5 of us. They had a great deal- 5 burgers and a tub of fries for 18! Also I love that they have some many ice cream flavors! Can't wait to have zips again

Wow usta be the best zips in town. But after tonights visit we had a change of ❤️ wouldn't sell us just a small cup of ice cream like we normally get from that location and while paying for the product had my change thrown at me and on the road to where I couldn't get it. And she didn't even offer to fix it. She was just plan rude and pushy and was totally unprofessional. Makes me super sad. I don't know if I'll ever return to this location in the future. ?
