When I pulled up to order at the drive through, I was met with a VERY rude worker on the mic. I ordered 2 bags of burgers ($25 a bag) and 4 regular milk shakes. ≈$90 later, and as I was driving away, we realized they only gave us 2 of the 4 shakes. We went on with our day, and went home. I just got home and opened the burgers. Every single one of them is COVERED in ketchup. I’m assuming they screwed with our food because I was unsure what I was getting when I got to the order screen. 10/10 worst restaurant I’ve ever been to.

It's an older zips, does not lack in charm. Service was fast, but I was the only one there. The grilled turkey was spot on! Good service!

Best tasting burger joint in Spokane hands down!! daily specials are legit ! PRO TIP: Order an ice cream cone upside down in a cup. you get a ice cream filled cone, and a shake once it melts a little! (the shakes and ice cream are the same cream, the only difference is the machines areset to different temperatures)

Stopped here for a quick lunch. They do not offer a salad on their menu but the crew did make up my burger without the bun and on a bed of lettuce. It was acceptable. The iced tea was good.

Yes it's fast food but the service, food and atmosphere here are awesome! Best zips fries I've had. And the snakes are just so good. Husband got the chicken strips which were tender and good with seasoning sprinkled on it. And I got the buster with fries and it was good, so filling. And all for 35$

Decent fast food, better then any major chain. Expensive though and the building interior for every location I have been to could use a facelift... actually, the exterior could use it too. I get it though, that can be expensive these days.
Three quareter sized chunks of fish and a huge pile of fries for $10? Never again.

I ordered a regular fish and chips and a banana cream pie shake. I got 3 extremely small pieces of fish and cold, overly salted fries. The girl that took my order was extremely rude, and kept slamming the drive thru window closed. She practically shoved my shake at me, and did the same with my food. Will definitely not be back to this location.

I love Zips and Especially, this location! The guy who owns/ manages it is super nice and has a great memory. I kinda get the same thing cause it's always so Good! I really enjoy my time here. I think I'll be going here a long time
Vegetarian options: I always get the fried mushrooms & fish sandwich. They also have salads.
Parking: Around the building plus extra very close
Kid-friendliness: There are kids meals, an highchairs
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp, I've seen handicap customers in there before
