Coolest Zips in town!! The new flavor burst ice creams are to die for and they have so many fun flavors! Not only that, but the restaurant is well kept and clean with a really rad vibe! You can tell that the owner really puts their all into their restaurant. The staff is very friendly and they have really cool Zips merch. 😎We have a Zips on our corner right by our house and we will be making the drive to this location more often because this is definitely a local business we are happy to support! 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to go! My daughter said this place deserves a 5 star review for their customer service, food, & atmosphere! & she’s only 10! We had a great mom and daughter date for her birthday! She was excited to try the flavor burst ice cream! She had watermelon and loved it! This is our 2nd great experience here being that, the owners have hooked my husband and I up when we were hungover a few months ago! lol keep up the good work guys! Good customer service! Ps the tartar sauce is to die for!

Not sure what has taken me so long to write this. This is hands down my FAVORITE spot in north Spokane. There are a few Zips closer to me now but I bypass those to get fed. You are missing out if you haven’t given them a chance!!

Over all I paid out to be 40 dollarse for 2 burgers and frys. The food was over salted. And they have the audacity to have the 1960s menu as a placemat on the trays. My buddy got 2 papa Joe's and on special they were 6 bucks each. Never eating there again. All I tasted was salt. Way to expensive. Jack in the box has a whole meal for 5 bucks next door.

Most expensive food place. Rude customer service. Thought maybe it was just a bad day for them the first time. First time we went we wanted a hot fudge sundae. Went back again and same thing. NONE of these young kids working here know or get the meaning of customer service. No smile, no thank you. Zip (no pun intended)! My wife and I will NOT be patronizing this business again. We have better things to spend our money on. Oh, almost forgot to mention we ordered a bucket of fries. Got a small bag half full of soggy, cold fries.

Used to absolutely love zips food but struggle with it now. Insanely over priced and insanely slow service. Just sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars infront of me. Makes me sad how downhill it’s gone.
