Over all I paid out to be 40 dollarse for 2 burgers and frys. The food was over salted. And they have the audacity to have the 1960s menu as a placemat on the trays. My buddy got 2 papa Joe's and on special they were 6 bucks each. Never eating there again. All I tasted was salt. Way to expensive. Jack in the box has a whole meal for 5 bucks next door.

Most expensive food place. Rude customer service. Thought maybe it was just a bad day for them the first time. First time we went we wanted a hot fudge sundae. Went back again and same thing. NONE of these young kids working here know or get the meaning of customer service. No smile, no thank you. Zip (no pun intended)! My wife and I will NOT be patronizing this business again. We have better things to spend our money on. Oh, almost forgot to mention we ordered a bucket of fries. Got a small bag half full of soggy, cold fries.

Used to absolutely love zips food but struggle with it now. Insanely over priced and insanely slow service. Just sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars infront of me. Makes me sad how downhill it’s gone.

The dining room was trashed, the bathrooms were completely unusable. The fry sauce was expired n the tarter was on its way with a yellow tint to it. Gordon Ramsey would have fun w this one.

I love zips. I appreciate the local burger place, the multiple locations. The prices have gotten more steep (26.00 for a cheeseburger meal and a 3 piece chicken strip basket with no drink) and some locati9ns don't have kids meals which stinks. I understand having to keep up with the economy and cost to employ, but it would be wonderful to have specials that are affordable for a family to eat that aren't comparable to a sit down restaurant. I can say for certain that would bring my family there more often. ?

I asked for one bacon burger combo with no cheese and an Italian soda. Then one bacon burger normal (they come with cheese by default). I had to wait for them to remake the drink because they gave it to the car in front of us. My normal bacon burger was dry (only the meat on a dry bun). I didn't have time to go back so I ate my plain dry $10 burger sadly, and while I did that I wrote to them to let them know about the mistake. That was 3 weeks ago and they haven't gotten back to me. I don't think it's worth ever going back.
