What a amazing clean establishment with friendly welcoming employee’s. Dylan went above and beyond to give me excellent service. Was My first time at this Zips and he recommend a few things. But what really surprised me was while we were eating he came and asked how everything was and thanked us for coming. You don’t usually get asked that so i felt that was pretty neat we will definitely be back!

I got the Friday special of a cod basket and in the picture it shows two big pieces of cod. This is a special I have gotten at other zips and they are good sized! Not this zips. I got home and opened the bag and the fish is literally the size of fish sticks. Very false advertising!!!

Usually my GF and I only order a few items from their menu. Honestly we never not order 1-2 Large Peanut Butter Chocolate Shakes. Thos Peanut Butter Chocolate Shakes are the best we cannot find any other food joint or ice cream shop that can top zips. But honestly all Zip's should have the same sizes because there is very few that actually have the im pretty sure the cup size is 32 oz so all large shakes should be preferably that size because it just doesn't make sense that other Zip's larges are under 32 oz.ALSO I APPRECIATE THAT AT EVERY ZIP'S IN SPOKANE GIVES MILITARY DISCOUTS.

Really great service awesome food great workers very disappointing and upsetting to come to a family restaurant and not have high chairs for children or changing table and either bathrooms for children. How dare you call yourself a family restaurant.

Every . Single . Time I’m paying $40+ for 2 chicken strip baskets to get these TINY strips that I can’t even believe they would count as one. I worked at a different zips for 4 years and the owners would never allow this. I crave zips every couple months so I continue to give the business chances thinking maybe it’s just the employee. Nope. Over 2 years of it and same thing so I’m beginning to think it’s the owners allowing it to happen ??♀️ I understand prices going up due to inflation but not the quantity going down at the same time. Sucks to have to drive to a zips not even near my house just to get what I pay for.

I very rarely get hamburgers here anymore. The fish is not good at all and think the food is overpriced. Onion rings, chicken, and ham and cheese are good. Shakes are amazing!

Went inside to order. She rang up the wrong sandwich. Specifically asked for tomato (extra) on it. Asked for tartar sauce. Finally got it right. When the order came, it was, again, the wrong sandwich, also, no tomato. I asked her before I left if it had tomato. She said yes. The sauce I was given was NOT tartar!

Ordered 2 piece cod and tots. Really sad!! If I had wanted WalMart fish stix I would have gone there. The Cod here used to be the best. Now it's just the worse ever. Won't be back again or recommend to anyone.
