Under cooked fries (it’s slightly hard to bite into and soggy at the same time) like how hard is it to cook fries? Ordered a pumpkin milkshake as well that just tastes like vanilla.
I haven’t been inside in years but the food is usually solid from this one. They also honor the $3 papa Joe deal which is a steal! Today it seemed like the computers were down and the employees still had great attitudes and took orders on paper tickets.

The front counter person was incredibly rude! The sweet older gentleman that requested his food be double bagged was harshly denied by saying “it obviously won’t fit”. The clerk then loudly gave snarky commentary to the very loud and demanding cook who was yelling ORDER UP ORDER UP when the staff was clearly speaking with customers. The clerk seemed annoyed by having to take people’s food orders. The food was mediocre, the staff was VILE and the number of flies in the lobby was disgusting. DO BETTER!

Best Zips in town IMO. Prices on the Papa Joe and Double Cheeseburger are amazing. Friendly staff, and has that great old local burger joint feel. If you’re going to go to Zips, go here they got the best prices
It's discouraging to want to re-enter an establishment where you hear staff complaining about the order you placed. Not only that, but they fail to make it to your specifications.
Other Zips have lowered their drink prices, but this store has not. I didn't expect to pay $3 for a small drink, when a couple hours earlier I purchased a Large drink for $1.
I have to defend this place every time I want to eat here and the food has been terrible these past couple of times. I'm so disappointed. 40 bucks and the chicken and fries were super over cooked. The strips looked more like nuggets. The cheeseburgers were cold. It sucked AGAIN. It's not worth the price at all. I expect a little more attention to the food for that money. Oh and the worst part NO SAUCE!! WTH that's my favorite part!
Served my son and I Rotten Lettuce and tried to say it was Romaine from a different vendor! We both ended up sick to our stomach. Julie the General Manager gave me a hard time and did not refund the full amount or tax. If the GM can't tell Rotten food when showed the Rotten Lettuce, I will never eat there again due to her rudeness.
Simply the Best zips in town

It was the fact that the cook burnt the ham badly & smelled bad all the food tasted like the grill was nasty dirty ham looked old also! This is unacceptable & some 1 had best clean the grills butt good! Ridiculous to spend that much money and get crappy food off a dirty grill. No one would eat it after first bite ????

It was my birthday yesterday and I decided to treat myself to a SIX DOLLAR Papa Joe. So over the moon to know they are back where they belong @ 2.50. So excited to add them to my diet again.

As far as Zips goes, I was rather disappointed.
* They didn't give me any choices of a treat with my fun meal,
* No bread for a grilled cheese (on a hamburger bun? Wth?)
* Fries were cold
Will not be returning to this Zips.
