It was the fact that the cook burnt the ham badly & smelled bad all the food tasted like the grill was nasty dirty ham looked old also! This is unacceptable & some 1 had best clean the grills butt good! Ridiculous to spend that much money and get crappy food off a dirty grill. No one would eat it after first bite ????

It was my birthday yesterday and I decided to treat myself to a SIX DOLLAR Papa Joe. So over the moon to know they are back where they belong @ 2.50. So excited to add them to my diet again.

As far as Zips goes, I was rather disappointed. * They didn't give me any choices of a treat with my fun meal, * No bread for a grilled cheese (on a hamburger bun? Wth?) * Fries were cold Will not be returning to this Zips.

I absolutely love the zips on Francis. The staff is friendly, the food is always delicious and the seating inside is beautifully maintained, always clean. I don't know why but the tarter here is just better. Everyone at this location goes above and beyond to do a great job and deserve a raise (not a pizza party, a raise!)
