Ordered a fish and chips with tartar sauce and lemon. What i received was 3 soggy pieces of fish with soggy fries and a bunch of fry sauce. When I called back i was given an attitude and told i need the receipt from the register to get any kind of reimbursement/replacement. When i told her i wasn't offered one she just repeats herself. If i hadnt dug the slip for the cooks out of the bag in the trash they werent going to do anything for me. Hilarious bc after all her fast talking and cutting me off attitude SHE WAS THE ONE WHO RANG ME UP AND DIDNT OFFER ME A RECEIPT. Id avoid this location if possible. I ALWAYS have quality issues or service issues at this location. And considering how expensive they are the least they can do is figure out how to give the right condiments and cook their food thoroughly.

Probably my favorite zips just because the decor and atmosphere have a 50s diner feel, it's actually pretty cool and feels like a sit down place. The food and prices are typical zips so you should know what you are getting. Service is solid but they always seem to be a bit short staffed. Despite all that, it's my favorite Zips in town and worth visiting just for the vibe and atmosphere. It's never busy either so it's a great place to chill.

The atmosphere and service were alright, the food wasn't very good for what I ended up paying.Stacee, who I believe to be to have been a shift lead, was extremely short tempered with her employees while I was there, witch I can't support.I would recommend going to a different zips all around, but especially with the fact that Stacee treats her employees so horribly with customers still present, Extremely disappointed with my visit.

It was $23 for a small shake and a papa joe. So in other words this place is OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED. The burger was dam good though. The shake,was creamy. Would of been worth half the price paid if it was actually soft served ice cream. But it wasn't and I still paid double the

They over charged us for 2 ice cream cones, on Sundays their cones are $2 and we were charged $6. the guy making the ice cream cones messed up on the soft serve tapped the ice cream out of the cone on the side of the garbage and tried to use the same cone to refill it until we had said something. Cotomer service was horrible.
