To start off, the burger only had a patty and pickles in it. The patty was dry and tasted like cardboard. The employee at the drive thru was speaking so softly we couldn’t hear her.

I love going to this Zips. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Food is great. Fast times thru the drive thru. I gotta say your chocolate milkshakes send me to the moon and back. Absolutely love the milkshake.

Dang. That was the worst eating experience and uncomfortable feeling I’ve ever had in Spokane. I honestly felt like I needed to apologize for changing things on my hamburgers. They were so rude and irritated at me for wanting no ketchup extra pickles and onion on my burger like what the heck. I thought oh maybe both of the girls I. The front were having a bad day or they just had a situation in the back that I didn’t see ? But then an older and clearly more wealthier family comes in and these ladies were so nice it was hard to watch how these ladies would treat us this way minutes before helping another family with so much respect kindness and cheerful tones of voices and body language ? Maybe it’s because they have a tip jar on the front counter and we clearly looked like we had the money than them? All I know is that my family will not be eating at this place again as long as those disgusting minded people work there. I feel totally disrespected and embarrassed. WAY TO GO Zips drive Inn on w Francis.

Insane prices, one plain cheese burger and one double cheeseburger was $12.73 minimum wage in Spokane is $16 so you’re telling me it costs an hour of wage for two cheeseburgers?!? Your own employees can’t even afford to eat at your fast food restaurant.
Most over priced and under delivered burgers I’ve ever had. Used to be good but won’t going here anymore.
They keep leaving the lights on but close 20-30 early. Employees hide inside. This has happened multiple times. Change your times if you don’t want to stay open the times you list and lights on.

Had a good experience with them in the drive-through! Thanks!
Extremely undercooked fries, onion rings, and tater tots. Had to cook them at home which defeats the reason why I got drive-thru food. Chicken is usually way over seasoned to the point it's difficult to see the chicken under the seasoning. Fry sauce lid wasnt securely on so ended up with fry sauce all over my bag, car, food, counters, etc. Multiple times I've gone there and asked for fry sauce and tater sauce and received none. I use to love this location, but over the last 10 years it's really gone down hill. Zips fries and fry sauce use to be amazing and now I'd rather have McDonald's fries cause atleast I dont have to cook them myself...
Everytime I go to this location they get something wrong.
If you like undercooked fries, undercooked Mushrooms and open fry sauce containers in your bag then this is the store for you.
I have a family of 6, so when we order out, it usually comes to around 100 bucks. You'd think somebody putting that kinda money into an order they would be thorough but I guess that's what you get when you have young people managing and supervising other young people.
This is literally the easiest type of work you can do, how do they always blow it???
Love a great papa Joe!!
