If you enjoy throwing your money away, this is the perfect place for you. I have eaten here once, this was the first and last time. I got hamburgers and the meat was the thinnest possible with still being able to keep the meat together and not falling apart. Save your money and satisfy your hunger by going somewhere else.

Zips has gotten so expensive. 3.99 for a drink seems a bit crazy. The tray liners having what stuff used to cost is almost insulting. It used to be fun, but now it reminds us of how out of control prices are now.

Came to the drive thru all the way from suncrest at 10:40pm when the business doesn’t close until 11pm. Entered the parking lot and open sign and lights were all on, get to the ordering board and no one is getting on the intercom, sat there for about 5 minutes, pulled around to the window and the employees had gone outside and already in their cars. Very upsetting and not sure it’s a great business move to close when you want to because it is slow.

I used to work here a long time ago. They're still putting out quality food in a clean environment for cheaper than a lot of other Zips locations (franchisees set their own prices). I dont go to Zips often but the ones I know are clean are veredale and n market street. Sunset hill 9 mile location is always great but the spendiest I've seen. Trent and evergreen is owned by the same owner as veredale I think so it's probably a good one but I havent stopped at that location more than twice in its existence so I dont really remember.

Extremely disappointed when I ordered a buster burger and I didn’t get any lettuce and tomatoes on it. Went through the drive-through, so didn’t take it back, but extremely disappointed as I thought this is one of the better ones in town. Basically I got a papa Joe with bacon ?

The burgers here are unfortunately not as good as the other Zips locations in Spokane. Tastes like the burgers they heat up in high

Prices have really gone up while portion size has gone down. Like the food, just not worth the price.

Last time I ate there my onion rings had a strong taste of soap. I could not eat them. I love Zips food but this time they were off.

Quality at this location has gone downhill. Just bought two burgers and both had burnt buns. Chicken strips last couple of times tasted like they hadn't cleaned out the fryers in a while. Definitely will drive to Mead next time. They take longer but the food is higher quality.
