All the food seems to be portioned for kids meals, the prices are decent but only because you're getting a small amount of food

It's a pretty good place, but it's sad that they're so understaffed to the point that their lobby is only opened from 12:00pm to 5:00pm

This zips has been sad for years but today I was extra annoyed. Ordered “cod and fries” expecting actual cod and got twice fried van de kamp or Gordon’s fish filets for 15.00. This is not cod it’s a fish adjacent product. So disappointed I expected better as other zips don’t sell fish like this they have actual cod. I want my money back honestly. I ended up throwing half of it away. Tastes like garbage and burnt oil and greasy double fried disgustingness.

While there was no issues with the service. My daughter picked up hamburgers for the family. I was the only one who ate the tartar sauce. I did not even finish my meal before I was violently sick. Was sick all night and I am still on nausea medicine since Wednesday. I called to inform them that their batch of tartar sauce was bad. Save the next person from getting sick. In fact tried 4 times to reach someone. No one ever answered or was I able to leave a message. Due to this we won’t be return customers. Location was on the south hill.

Food is great and so is service… when they’re open. I can’t remember the last time the dining room was open- maybe pre Covid but if it’s open , it’s a win!

Don’t bother with this location. The lobby is always closed so it’s drive through only. And to top it off, they close whenever they want and just put up a sign that says “closed for repairs”. They aren’t fixing anything there. They just don’t want to work.

Best quality Zips you can get in town. Plus the only one to have fried burritos. I LOVE THIS ZIP. Atmosphere becomes a 5 star as soon as you open that lobby. I prder food from here about once a week!

It's not the Zips you remember....It's no secret that most of the Zips in the area have different owners, but what they all seem to have in common is that the food isn't good any more. The last thing I got from the Zips in Regal was the 2 for $8 Papa Joe deal. The bun was small, but when I tell you the beef and ham were small, I need to go into more detail. The ham seemed to be a single slice of what comes in those blister packs you get from Walmart or WinCo. I kid you not, you could see through it.The beef had to have been about 2oz maximum. Maybe 2.5 inches across and about 1/8" thick, 3/16 if I'm being super generous. What there was a good amount of was lettuce. So, it has that going for it.Food and labor costs are ridiculous. We all know that. But until something changes, I'll skip Zips from now on.

Im changing my review because this place here just sucks. it used to be great for the food.Ever since the pandemic this place went downhill and is too expensive and closed on the weekends because of low staff. the inside is never open. And they should sell it back to the franchise which runs the other zips locations. or close down...which would be sad but this place lost its touch it used to have.

I ordered my food and drove home to eat. When I got home I realized they forgot the cheese in my burger. I tried calling but they answered and hung up the phone multiple times. It’s close so I drove back with proof of purchase. When I arrived I was told cheese is extra now and I informed them that the menu stated my burger came with cheese. They told me that’s not the case and If I didn’t like it than not to come back. I asked them if they don’t answer the phone now either and they stated they are too busy, when I was the only car in the drive-thru. I drove off as the customer service was unbelievably garbage. As I’m driving off the employees stood in the windows and flipped me off as another gal employee was clapping her hands and waving her arms for me to come into the building to fight. I have never seen adults behave this poorly and it’s amazing that this place is still in business. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know and posting it on social network. Save your money and go to a location that is actually professional.
