The food here is terrible. Garbage. Overpriced and EWW. Spend your money at McDonald's, or anywhere else, it's better than this Zip's on South Hill. It's no wonder their phone number doesn't work.

I am not from this area, and when I'm visiting, I always make sure to stop by a Zips for fish and chips. This isn't my normal handful of Zips that I usually go to but since I was in the area I figured I'd give it a go. Fish and chips is what I always go with since that is my favorite meal at Zips. I don't know where the heck they get there fish from here, but I could have gotten a better meal from a box coming out of my oven. These tasted just like van de kamps frozen fish from the grocery store. We threw away both fish meals that we ordered and definitely will not be returning to this Zips. Surely not worth the money that we spent. Now I gotta take out my garage because these meals are stinking up my garage can. Thanks for nothing and please take your fish meal off the menu cuz those meals weren't worthy of being in a Zips paper bag.

All the food seems to be portioned for kids meals, the prices are decent but only because you're getting a small amount of food

It's a pretty good place, but it's sad that they're so understaffed to the point that their lobby is only opened from 12:00pm to 5:00pm

This zips has been sad for years but today I was extra annoyed. Ordered “cod and fries” expecting actual cod and got twice fried van de kamp or Gordon’s fish filets for 15.00. This is not cod it’s a fish adjacent product. So disappointed I expected better as other zips don’t sell fish like this they have actual cod. I want my money back honestly. I ended up throwing half of it away. Tastes like garbage and burnt oil and greasy double fried disgustingness.

While there was no issues with the service. My daughter picked up hamburgers for the family. I was the only one who ate the tartar sauce. I did not even finish my meal before I was violently sick. Was sick all night and I am still on nausea medicine since Wednesday. I called to inform them that their batch of tartar sauce was bad. Save the next person from getting sick. In fact tried 4 times to reach someone. No one ever answered or was I able to leave a message. Due to this we won’t be return customers. Location was on the south hill.

 when they’re open. I can’t remember the last time the dining room was open- maybe pre Covid but if it’s open , it’s a win!

Don’t bother with this location. The lobby is always closed so it’s drive through only. And to top it off, they close whenever they want and just put up a sign that says “closed for repairs”. They aren’t fixing anything there. They just don’t want to work.
