Love Zips. Been going there since I was a kid. Even played T-ball and was sponsored by them. Great food and great service. Love the old-school vibe of the place. Highly recommend it.
ordered 5 cheese and a tub the gal even asked me.about the 3 dollar uncharged for two medium sodas and ordered a couple cones after being handed the first cone we noticed it wasn't swirled but the gal working noticed it and apologized before we could.say anything ...great place love the huckleberry mmm
Cleanest zips ive ever been. Paul was fun and amazing host!!
They are really nice! The fries were amazing and super hot. I didnt like their Hawaiian papa jo Pineapple is not for a burger.
Just went here and I have to say, this zips experience was one of the worst. We clarified we wanted a small onion rings and small soda, papa Joe with tater gems a milkshake and a cup of tartar sauce. Super easy, but the lady taking our order was not listening because I ended up getting tater tots instead. Other grievances were that when we got home we had to use our air fryer to cook the tots even more since they weren’t cooked enough and the papa Joe was put together sloppily. She also forgot about the cup of tartar til we reminded her. Something’s really changed about how you guys cook stuff because I remember how done they usually get. I know it can be struggle in fast food, but please listen to customers.
I love Papa Joe's.

Zips does a great job in the fast food arena. I love their variety. Service was great and pretty fast as well. I was in a hurry and knew I could count on them!

never had the problems at any other zips that i’ve had here. go to a different one.
Are you tired of spending $15-20 on sub-par chain fast food? Tired of paying those prices and then getting cold fries and/or room temp burgers that cant even melt the slice of cheese on top? Then you need to go to Zip's on Sprague. They won't make your order until you place it.
Ross and his team at Zip's on Sprague turn out what I consider to be the best fast food in Spokane. Consistently hot and fresh food, friendly service, and great deals every day and week.
I've been there three times in the last month and every time the food was top notch, especially the fries. Crispy, golden brown on the exterior; pillowy, creamy potato-ness inside. Delicious and consistently piping hot, once they were so fresh from the fryer that I had to eat my burger first just to let them cool down a bit.
And don't forget about the onion rings, the fish, or chicken sandwiches. Oh, did I mention the fry sauce and fantastic tartar sauce? There are so many excellent options on the menu that sometimes it can be difficult to choose what you want to eat.
Finish it all off with a soft-serve cone, or a truly decadent shake made with REAL flavors/ingredients.
Now it's true, you may have to wait a couple of extra minutes to get your food since it isn't started until you order it, but it is definitely worth it.
Give Zip's on Sprague, a locally owned business, a try before you go to one of the national chains for more overly processed, plasticky, preservative laden food(?).
You won't be disappointed.

New owners are disrespectful to their employees, a manager gets away with anything because they can't afford to lose that person, I got disrespected to many times with what I brought to the table, I tried, but they aren't fit to be owners, they'll just keep hiring back the same crew because that's the most they'll get with how they treat the people that run their restaurant
