A great stop especially if you're hungry post hikes in the area. We got chicken wings which were nice and spicy. The salmon burger had a nice fresh chunk of salmon nicely grilled. But the toppings on it could have been better. There are a lot of sauces on the table which can compensate for it
It is a nice small place on the journey of HWY 2. The food was good, the atmosphere comfortable but the staff really hits the mark. It did not feel inexpensive; $70 to feed 2 people (with drinks and tip) but I walked away satisfied.
It's not fancy but I'm sure that's not what you would expect of a place called Bubbas Roadhouse. So if you are looking for a place to chill for a beer, cocktail, and some good grub or a place to stop for a quick drink or bite, go to Bubbas.
