The food all seemed canned, couldn't even get fresh ground beef in the tacos. The cheese had a weird smell too it, and the question was jsut cheese dip with canned chili on top

If you like paying $26 for three tiny tacos and a mediocre off-tasting margarita, go here. I went in asking for just 2 tacos, a chicken and a carne asada. I was told they only sell in sets of threes and has to be the same meat. I went ahead and ordered and was told $32...I asked why so much and the waitress said because it comes with rice and beans. After ordering, she came back with the menu and said if I wanted just tacos, I need to say ala carte when I order. I have ate at a lot of different Mexican restaurants and everything I was told here has never been the case. She said they don't do refunds but she'll speak with the kitchen, and then proceeded to give me $6 back. The final $26 purchase was three sad looking tacos with the filling all thrown on the far right side of the box (no rice and beans). The attached picture is after I had fixed some of the meat back on the tacos. This establishment holds almost as little respect for Mexican food as they do for their customers. I will never go back. Save your money, go to any other Mexican place.

The waitress was rude and when I was about to leave they change the way the were talking to us the food didn't had any flavor at all. Will never go back ! Oh and if you're allergic to something better say something at the beginning if not they will be pretty mad and do not ask for suggestions because you will be asking the wrong person that's the response I got from the old lady

First of all, we love the Monroe location but the Sultan location should not be associated.
The service was bad. The waitress was very grumpy and rude. Someone in our party got food poisoning and had to get hospitalized because of it. I’ll never go back here.
Food was so bad omg why did they serve us some nasty food like ive never thought u could mess up mexican food that bad. And the lady was so rude she didnt even know where to the plates went and we obviously didnt know if that was for our table and she got so mad like bro thats ur job to know what plate ur serving us….
