I love this place, I end up going at least once a week! The burritos are great and the meat is always high quality and delicious. The staff are really great too. I tried to branch out once to a different taco truck but that was a mistake, it has to be Maria’s!

Fast, courteous service, and consistent signature flavors - everything you could want in a food truck. Add their year-round climate-controlled dining tent, and it's no wonder they are a weekly habit for many in our community.

Just what I want out of a taco truck, I often stop by on Tuesdays for the taco Tuesday special, staff is friendly, service is fast, and if you don't want to eat on the road or take your order home they even have a little enclosed area with some tables so you can eat out of the elements.

Its a hot summer's day, so we are venturing up to see the campgrounds for future upcoming vacation. Stopped in to get gas at Chevron and seen this establishment in the parking area nut to far from pumps.. I did not get the lady that served us name. She was kind and helped us quickly. We stood 3 in line but for a very short time. My Husband and I ordered 3 asada tacos with green sauce, and 2 orders of fries with ketchup. The asada tacos were a perfect size filled with chunked small pieces beef (not hamburger) had a good flavor throughout. The green sauce was delicious and has a good bite to it. We used the green sauce on the fries instead of the ketchup. Our fries were nice and hot. Very tasty. The green sauce went great with the salt on the fries too. Thumbs up. Perfect establishment and location for leaving town. We will definitely be back as we travel East and back to Monroe.Parking: The parking lot area had plenty of space as no maked spots. No need to be worried about seating as you would either go back to your vehicle or sit in a covered area behind the taco truck. People with disabilities or complications walking could or may have difficulties as it is a graveled lot.

I ordered the deluxe burrito ($10.50). It filled me up but lacked flavor -- it seemed to be filled mostly with beans. If I went back after hiking, I would go for the tacos instead. Bottom line: There aren't tons of options in the area, so don't expect much here or elsewhere!

If you like real Mexican food, this is not the place for you. It was a crime to say to say this place was a Mexican restaurant. The Chile relleno was a green chile wrapped in a scrambled egg, there wasn’t even cheese in it. The tostada was soggy from the meat they put on it. I told the server, she said it was because I had to eat it fast. The word tostada has the word toast in it. The rice was hard from being out to long or not covered. The bill came out to almost 90 bucks I feel ripped off. Service was not great, I would not even call it good.
