Very rude sandwich artist. Doesn’t even care to acknowledge a personalization request and gives a weird expression in return. I felt very unwelcome and not treated as a customer.

the man making my sandwich barely new a lick of English to the point where he literally couldn’t even make my sandwich ask for white bread your getting Italian ask for ham your getting turkey it did not matter what I said because it was a 50/50 if he grabbed the right ingredient I asked for. also the music is really loud for some reason.

Really went down hill with new owners. Staff is very rude and food not good at all. Took a bit of my sandwich and tossed it due to rubbery chicken and just poor taste.

Didn't speak English fluently enough to understand our order, put gloves on and then went and touched radio buttons a bunch as we looked at menu, Blasting annoying Indian pop music loudly--too loud for a dining or takeout place, didn't have cheddar cheese, Only shredded cheddar which doesn't work for a cold cut. Still couldn't understand what we were asking for when we kept saying orange cheddar cheese, the sliced kind--not shredded. Ended up with only one sandwich instead of two and won't be back :(
