Ordered a chai tea got an entire cup (& I’m not kidding) of the sweat tea mix with ice they usually use 1/4 of that mix & add soymilk etc. My husband ordered a hot chocolate which he was so so so excited for it was luke warm and tasted like murky water. My poor husbands face after we had tipped & left. Such disappointment. The girl was pretty & nice but did not know how to make the drinks this place sells :(. 6:30pm on Sunday Oct. 29th. We did not go back for the refund of the hot chocolate wish we had.

Super rude staff. Will never come back here again!It was hard for us to see the menu at the drive through. We asked where the menu was and the employee told us. We then heard her complain to her coworker and the menu was "in front of our f****** face" and called us an idiot. They were cussing us in the back even though we were right there. So extremely rude and disappointing!
Many times of missing forgot Triple Stamp day and coffee quality going down hill. There's this lady recently started making our ice Caramel Latte. Her 3 pumps of sauce is like 1 pump and the lack of milk ratio. Worse of all never stirred it. These drinks weren't Caramel Machiatto it need to be stirred period. Please give her a proper training as all regular customers are deserve to get for what they're paying for.

I drove to Sultan from Monroe to get a cup of coffee because this establishment was open, but upon arrival 25 minutes before closing Brynette told us that she had already closed down the coffee machines and that we could get anything we wanted but coffee. I asked why a coffee stand has no coffee and she said very sassy that she was going to leave promptly at 7pm and that she shut the machines off and cleaned them already. She had to of closed shop 30min before if she already had them closed. We were there at 6:37pm when they closed at 7pm.I worked coffee for 12 years - I've never heard of someone closing down a coffee machine at a coffee stand 30 minutes before closing.
