So much fun to have a sushi bar and restaurant in rural Whatcom CO. The sushi rolls were excellent and large portions. The Pho Thai was also excellent and a very large portion. We had hot saki and there was a selection of Asian beers. The owner, Jung served and entertained us. The menu also includes, teriyaki, yakisoba, pho, and other Asian dishes. The owner said he would prepare nori and sashimi style options that aren’t on the regular menu. Thank you Jung!
My wife and I drove up from Anacortes to explore the area around Sumas and, on the basis of Google reviews, chose to have lunch at Nori Sushi & Teriyaki. She ordered yakisoba with chicken, and I ordered a couple of appetizers--egg rolls and gyoza. The food was well prepared, excellently seasoned, and, in a word, delicious. And as others have reported, the portions are quite generous! We both came away with our hunger amply satisfied and my wife with enough left over yakisoba...
