Amazing ambience and great food. Very comfortable family friendly atmosphere set in a beautiful historic building set mere feet from the Canadian border in downtown Sumas.
Excellent food! I love that we can bring the kids here and play games. Help a small community keep a great restaurant going and support this local small business!
we just moved here and saw this place and came in and had lunch...great atmosphere and friendly staff...the prices are great too...we will definatley be back and have found a new little hang out...glad this place is here!
Amazing atmosphere in this cafe! Food was affordable and delicious! Very friendly too.
Nice people good food
Great place. Cool owner, good food. Feels like home in my opinion
3 kids 2 adults for dinner. Nobody else eating. Took 45 minutes to get are food. Buns were frozen and the cook tried to grill them to defrost. Chickenfried steak was a mystery. We won't return to this cafe.
Its an ok place to eat.
Great food with awesome selection. So far only takeout but the food has been delicious every one of the half dozen times I have eaten here. I really need to make time to come in and sit down and experience the restaurant itself. Highly recommend The Lil' Nut Cafe and Diner.
You'll get our business again! Thank you for opening up in our small town Our food was hot and delicious and the drive through staff was fast and friendly. No complaints. Excellent location. Cant wait to try breakfast one day! You guys are awesome!

The first time I got a basic burger and the garlic fries. So yummy! I've also tried the lasagna and the Beef Stroganoff. The pasta comes in large enough portions to feed two people, so you can split a meal with someone, or have plenty to take home for the next day. So far, I've loved everything I've tried The staff is super friendly and I had a nice chat with the chef. I love the atmosphere, the music and the cozy seating. They even have an art desk, and books to read if you just want to come in and hang out for a while. They are looking for local talent, singers or writers and poets to do an open mike night. So it looks like a good place for locals to come and hang out.
